Best Infantry Marches (Heroes, Artifacts, Pets) Progressive Pairings in Call of Dragons

Like shown in my guide about the best marches you should have right now in Call of Dragons, every player needs to have infantry. But understandably not every player has the very end-game setups ready to use. In this guide below you will see which arches you should build one after the other to get there.

So, if you’re a new player start at the beginning and if you’re a player with all heroes available you see the best march setup at the end. This makes sure that every player out there will find the spot where they are with their infantry marches and sees what the next steps should be.

Best Infantry Starter March

At the very beginning you don’t have many option when it comes to infantry and even if you’re lucky to pull a legendary infantry hero, you will not be able to really build it – for this reason focus on the epic heroes there are that you also can build quite easily and a fully built epic hero will be stronger than a legendary hero you have with their 1st skill unlocked.

Bakhar and Eliana are overall no stunning infantry heroes, but they do a solid job in taking damage early on so your damage dealing marches can deal damage and you can build them quite easily and level their skills up quite well. This is the foundation to go for as a player that just started playing Call of Dragons.

Progressed Infantry March

So after some time this infantry march above is just loosing more and more track and it’s time to take it up a notch and the best option here will be to start building Nika and swapping her in.

Nika deals great damage as an infantry hero and Bakhar supports that quite well. For most players this is the most useful setup here and helps bursting down whatever target you’re after.

The second stage now is to make this march also more sturdy and this is for the majority of players the way to go. This makes the pairing of Nika and Madeline the perfect match. Deals some damage and is also quite sturdy. No need for Garwood here as he only makes real sense with Madeline and that makes it a very sturdy build but you also need to have the magical or marksman march to deal the damage.

As I said, the way they fuse damage and defense makes them your go-to infantry march.

Endgame Infantry March

End-game means here you build the best infantry marches that does best in the meta so please don’t go for this if you pulled the heroes without having the chance to unlock their skills and upgrade them!

The current best endgame infantry setup consists of actually two infantry marches so this is not an either-or setup, you should build both of them!

Tis infantry setup is so great as it is not only hard to crack, they also deal a ton of damage by tanking and punish the enemy with every second that the battles takes. Tough and high invest but this is half of the infantry meta you need if you want to sustain in the endgame.

The second infantry march you need to have is a very sturdy one that helps keeping your damage marches alive.

They will be so hard to defeat with all the healing and shielding that they make the second line of defense here against whatever you go

Conclusion

This is the snapshop of the infantry meta in Call of Dragons right now and the ideal order you should build your infantry march(es) in order to progress well. Do NOT skip any of them before you have the heroes available and also ready to be built for the next step. If you’re wondering which the total march setup right now should look like, please refer to my frequently updated march and pairing guide here.
