ShowDown is the latest new game mode in CSR2 and you can win some nice prizes there if you use the right strategy.
With every ShowDown Event, I will post here how the eligible cars will perform and which one you should use.
Los Angeles ShowDown (December 9th, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ford Galaxie 500 | T5 6.8x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
Dodge Quintin Brothers Charger ‘CAPTIV’ | T5 6.8x | 8.4x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang GT | T5 6.9x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Quintin Brothers Camaro | T5 7.5x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
…all other cars (please use search) | Best Tune | ||
Please mind, cars not listed here are not competitive and will not get you the reward car! The T4 cars are not able to get you anywhere close to 1400 trophies so if you want the prize car, you need to build one of the top cars
You need 1400 cups to get the Ford Ruffian Mustang ’67 to finish the Los Angeles Event (guide here). My recommendation for most players is to use the Ford Mustang GT (Elite Tuner), it’s easy and reliable to drive and makes a 6.9xx which should be fast enough overall.
Remember! The time needed to win the prize car gradually goes down, so if you can’t get it in the early days of the ShowDown event, try on the last 1-2 days again and you have it easier to get the cups needed. Also, thankfully they changed it back to 1400 trophies needed to get the prize car
Elite ShowDown (December 4th, 2024)
The new Elite ShowDown is up:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan Z NISMO (RZ34) | T5 7.1x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Ford 1966 GT40 Mk2 | T4 9.9x | 11.8x | Best Tune |
Aston Martin Vantage | T4 10.6x | 12.1x | Best Tune |
Dodge SRT Hellcat | T3 | do not use it | |
Last Elite ShowDown to really make your Z NISMO shine and this time for real since all other cars are lower-tier cars so the Nissan will absolutely run circles around them.
Champion ShowDown (November 26th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato | T5 7.5x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
McLaren Vorsteiner 720S | T5 7.6x | – | coming soon |
Porsche 911 GT2 RS (+ ‘Weissach Package’) | T5 7.6x | 10.5x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Urus SE | T4 10.1x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
All the T5 cars are so close to each other that it literally doesn’t matter which one you take – so you don’t have to build the Huracan Sterrato if you have one of the other ones already ready to go.
Update: The lamborghini Sterrato is on paper the fastest car but also incredible inconsistent with the needle drop at start so if you can avoid it, don’t use it in ShowDown you will do yourself a huge favor and save yourself a lot of cash upgrading it.
Elite ShowDown (November 20rd, 2024)
The new Elite ShowDown is up:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan Z NISMO (RZ34) | T5 7.1x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Saleen S7 Twin Turbo | T5 7.3x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Dodge Viper GTS | T4 10.0x | do not use it | |
Same exact roaster as the 2nd Elite ShowDown in October. Clear Apex car with the Elite Tuner, but the modded S7 can reach that time so be aware of that. The other cars a re by far not enough and by now most player should have finished their Z NISMOs where they run the good times with it.
Champion ShowDown (November 12th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
McLaren 2021 Elva | T5 7.1x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Bugatti Atlantic Concept | T5 7.1x | 8.5x | Best Tune |
Hennessey Venom GT | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
BMW M5 Sedan | T5 7.6x | 8.7x | Best Tune |
Realistically you have two options here – one is if you have the Atlantic Concept built you can use it, the difference is very small. If not, there’s not going to be much around building the 2021 Elva. The other cars are all significantly slower and will not get you into the good rewards…
Las Vegas ShowDown (October 30th, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Chevrolet Greening Auto Company Camaro IROC Z28 | T5 6.7x | 7.7x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet HS Customs Chevelle ‘CHIZZLD’ | T5 6.9x | 7.8x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang GT | T5 6.9x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Weaver Customs 3100 ‘Nauti-D’ 🏆 | T5 7.0x | 8.5x | Best Tune |
…all other cars (please use search) | Best Tune | ||
Please mind, cars not listed here are not competitive and will not get you the reward car!
You need 1700 cups to get the Plymouth Notorious to finish the Las Vegas Event (guide here) and actually it’s a 7.1xx seconds car overall which is not too bad. My recommendation for most players is to use the Ford Mustang GT (Elite Tuner), it’s eas yna dreliable to drive and makes a 6.9xx which should be fast enough overall.
Remember! The time needed to win the prize car gradually goes down, so if you can’t get it in the early days of the ShowDown event, try on the last 1-2 days again and you have it easier to get the cups needed. Overall, it will not be too easy as the devs changed the cups to 1700 instead of 1400 before and also with a 6.9xx car that so many players have sitting around it will not be easier.
Champion ShowDown (October 30th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 | T5 7.1x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster | T5 7.4x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Porsche 718 Spyder RS | T5 7.5x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Audi NEWING ALPIL R8 RSR | T5 7.9x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Pretty clear roaster here with the previous Milestone Car clear top with 0.3 seconds of lead so if you want to finish high in this ShowDown you need to build it. If not, well, the Lamborghini and the PRestige Cup car, the Porsche 718, are so close to each other that usiing the Porsche will be the car of choice for pretty much all players (also because it’s easiert to drive). The Audi is so far behind, do not even bother.
Elite ShowDown (October 23rd, 2024)
The new Elite ShowDown is up:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan Z NISMO (RZ34) | T5 7.1x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Saleen S7 Twin Turbo | T5 7.3x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Dodge Viper GTS | T4 10.0x | do not use it | |
Another round of Eliter Tuner apex which gets interesting since the modded S7 can reach the time. So, don#t be too surprised if your fully maxed Z NISMO is taken down by a modded Saleen and make sure to report.
Champion ShowDown (October 16th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Bentley 2021 Continental GT Speed | T5 7.8x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini LB Works Countach | T4 9.6x | 12.2x | Best Tune |
Audi ABT RS7-R | T4 9.9x | 12.3x | Best Tune |
Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing | T4 10.0x | 11.2x | Best Tune |
Super funky roaster with the slow T5 car of the Prestige Cup, naturally, being the fastest car so no need to use any other car. I am a bit sad since I love the LB Works Countach and hoped to have a chance upgrading it but with the new American Roadtrip Event going ons aving up some cash isn’t the worst either. I don’t want to spread this as a rumour but every time a super uninteresting and slow T5 is the Prestige Cup car where players might think about skipping it, the devs seem to push a roaster like this in ShowDown to still make everyone upgrade it.
Elite ShowDown (October 9th, 2024)
The new Elite ShowDown is up:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan Z NISMO (RZ34) | T5 7.1x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Porsche Carrera GT | T5 7.5x | 10.0x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 R | T5 7.8x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcar | T3 | do not use it | |
As predicted the new Elite Tuner car will be the absolute apex car in the Show Down so go ahead and build it. You need it for the event, you get it for free and it outruns any other car so easily that there is no other valid option here.
Champion ShowDown (October 2nd, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
McLaren Artura Spider | T5 7.7x | 8.1x | Best Tune |
ATS Automobili GT | T5 7.8x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Jaguar C-X75 | T5 7.9x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Mitsubishi Voltex Lancer Evolution IX | T4 9.9x | 12.1x | Best Tune |
Overall, if you have the Jaguar or the ATS sitting around you don’t need to build the Artura Spider (and I honestly would save up all the cash you can before American Road Trip 4 starts soon).
Hypercar Forum ShowDown (August 22nd, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Devel Sixteen | T5 6.6x | 7.7x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 | T5 6.9x | 8.3x | Best Tune |
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
W-Motors Fenyr Supersport | T5 7.8x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 R | T5 7.8x | 10.4x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
You need 1400 cups to get the Aspark Owl to finish the Hypercar Forum Event (guide here) and actually it’s a 6.8xx seconds car which makes it one of the best ShowDown prize cars overall. So far so good, but then look at the roaster you actually need either the Devel Sixteen or the Countach to have a chance to get it – for those of you who do finish the Hypercar Forum event, no problem since you need the cars there anyway. But hard for F2P unless you go lucky enough at one point to pull the Countach. Or you pull in this event. I think towards the end of the event you might have a shot with a fully maxed Pista Spider, though.
Remember! The time needed to win the prize car gradually goes down, so if you can’t get it in the early days of the ShowDown event, try on the last 1-2 days again and you have it easier to get the 1400 cups needed.
Collection ShowDown (September 19th, 2024)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:
COLLECTION ShowDown (Sep 19th)
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan Z NISMO (RZ34) | T4 10.0x | 11.4x | Best Tune |
Audi RS 7 Sportback | T4 10.1x | 11.5x | Best Tune |
Audi RS6 Avant | T4 10.1x | 11.2x | Best Tune |
Nissan Juke-R 2.0 | T4 10.5x | 13.2x | Best Tune |
Collections have arrived and they appear to also get ShowDown events with the first one starting. It’s still flagged as beta feature so rewards are not too crazy but i think in the future this might become a frequent event for the new collection tokens that can buy you cars that are normally only available through events. I am still a little torn between if I like this new feature or not, but I guess let them test it out and see what the final collections will look like. (In case you don’t even know what I’m talking about… collections is a new feature the devs are testing right now which is in beta test, so not all player have access to it).
Champion ShowDown (September 18th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Zenvo Aurora Tur | T5 6.8x | 8.1x | Best Tune |
Lotus Evija | T5 6.8x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye | T5 7.9x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Pagani Huayra Roadster | T5 7.9x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
This is a wild roaster with the top cars being 1 second faster than the other cars. I mean if you got the Aurora Tur you want to max it out, it’s a great car so this event is great for pulling the crates for all the Stage 6 parts and then let it roll.
Elite ShowDown (September 12th, 2024)
A had to really scratch my eyes when I saw the roaster with cars we haven’t had in the Elite ShowDown for like ever:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Bugatti EB110 SS | T5 7.6x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Subaru 2020 BRZ tS | T5 7.8x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 | T5 7.8x | 11.5x | Best Tune |
This is a wild roaster and might actually give you quite some homework here what car to pick if you don’t own a maxed 488 Pista Spider including the EC levels – I would actually recommend you to take the Subaru since it is quite quick even when not maxed and you have to build it anyway completely to maxed Elite Level for the event series at one point, so every invest here will pay off.
Champion ShowDown (September 4th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Porsche Taycan Turbo GT | T5 7.1x | 8.7x | Best Tune |
McLaren 765LT Spider | T5 7.2x | 9.9x | Best Tune |
Spyker C8 Preliator | T5 7.6x | 10.9x | Best Tune |
Jaguar F-TYPE R Convertible | T5 8.0x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Honestly, this is how the roaster of the Champions ShowDown should look like to be fair – the previous Milestone car (Porsche Taycan) is the fastest car but there is another option to compete with it (McLaren). So you can build the car if you want a small edge but also you don’t have to. The Prestige Cup car is significantly slower. The McLaren 765LT was featured quite a lot over the past years so chances are high you don’t have to build the Taycan unless you want to, which makes this a fair event looking at how you obtain those cars.
Elite ShowDown (August 28th, 2024)
The new Elite ShowDown is up:

Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 R | T5 7.8x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
Quite straightforwrard with the March Elite Tuner car we had, the 1192 NSX R that will easily outclass any other car and that many players have built so this is the one you need to run
Overtake ShowDown (August 22nd, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
McLaren F1 GT | T5 6.7x | coming soon | |
Porsche 911 GT1 Straßenversion | T5 6.8x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR | T5 6.8x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
Ferrari F50 GT | T5 6.9x | 8.0x | Best Tune |
McLaren F1 | T5 6.9x | 8.0x | Best Tune |
McLaren F1 LM | T5 7.0x | 8.2x | Best Tune |
McLaren 722 SLR | T5 7.1x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 8.9x | Best Tune |
Porsche Carrera GT | T5 7.5x | 11.1x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.5x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
You need 1400 cups to get the Corvette C4 to finish the 90s Rewind Final Event (guide here) and the car roaster is a blessing and a curse since you have the McLaren F1 there basically as the apex car. Most players that play CSR2 for longer have it fully maxed which puts other players in a horrible position. Don’t think about trying to win the prize car with any non-T5 car and I am sure you need a time towards 7.3xx second to get it (only my feeling).
Remember! The time needed to win the prize car gradually goes down, so if you can’t get it in the early days of the ShowDown event, try on the last 1-2 days again and you have it easier to get the 1400 cups needed.
Champion ShowDown (August 21st, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Aston Martin DB12 Volante | T5 7.4x | 8.6x | Best Tune |
Koenigsegg Agera RS | T5 7.4x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 | T5 7.7x | 9.6x | Best Tune |
BMW 2019 M8 Competition Convertible | T5 8.0x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
Realistically, you probably have to build the Milestone car, the Aston Martin, unless you have the Koenigsegg in your garage well-built to compete. The Prestige Cup car is too slow to get you anywhere in this ShowDown.
Elite ShowDown (August 14th, 2024)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:
Car |

---|---|---|---|
Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae | T5 6.8x | 8.3x | Best Tune |

Mazda RX-7 Rocket Bunny | T4 9.6x | 12.0x | Best Tune |
Honda LB NSX | T4 9.7x | 11.8x | Best Tune |
I wrap this ShowDown up real quick – it is either way the maxed Elite Tuner Aventador that is the only car that really stand a chance here against the army of modded S7 Twin Turbos… please report any player outrunning 7.4 seconds with the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, they are cheating and it is getting more out of hand every time. If the devs don’t have the guts to fix the car, just don’t feature it anymore in ShowDown… sorry I know sometimes my posts read extremely negatively, but it’s just annoying when player spend a ton of time and often enough money to build a car and then the modders come in with their ridiculous setups and make all the work to nothing. The only way to stop that is reporting them.
Champion ShowDown (August 7th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:

Porsche 911 Turbo S | T5 7.8x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Coupe | T5 8.0x | 10.6x | Best Tune |
Since the top cars are running so close together, you don’t really have to run the Milestone BMW M4 Sedan from previous season and can save yourself the cash and keys for building it since the Prestige Cup car will run pretty much the same time.

The Lamborghinis will make this out between the two of them – since modders can run the Huracan Coupe at 6.2xx seconds please report if you see that car running faster than 7.4xx seconds since that is clearly not possible unless your opponent cheats. For the regular players here, the Elite Tuner Aventador will be for sure be your best option.

Really wild roaster with the Prestige Cup car on top and the previous Milestone Car at the very bottom – good news is that most of you will already have the Mercedes built so you can go through that easily. But for the newer players this is more like a bad thing if you have to build it from scratch to catch up here.

Arrinera Hussarya | T5 7.6x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Nissan Pandem Skyline GT-R (BCNR33) | T4 9.9x | 11.4x | Best Tune |
A pretty fair ShowDown here with several cars being close together. Yes, the Prestive Cup car is not competitive but that is no surprise but I think most of you guys have one of the T5 cars available and if you do, you don’t even hae to build the previous Milestone Car, which I believe is very fair. I really wish we would see more of those Champion ShowDown roasters in the future.
Elite ShowDown (July 3rd, 2024)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Toyota GR Supra | T5 6.9x | 10.3x | Best Tune |
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Honda LB NSX | T4 9.8x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray | T4 9.8x | 11.0x | Best Tune |
This is going to be a wild ride… the officially fastest car is the Elite Tuner GR Supra and since pretty much every player that players a little longer has it maxed, the roaster will be stuffed with it – the the Ferrari is a modder car. Please report if your opponent uses this car and runs faster than the 7.4 seconds as this means they clearly cheat. The T4 cars don’t have much relevance here, also given the fact that the fastest car is so broadly available among players.
Champion ShowDown (June 26th, 2024)
Here is the roaster for the new Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ultima Evolultion Coupe | T5 9.1x | 7.6x | Best Tune |
Honda 2023 Civic Type R | T3 10.8x | 13.5x | Best Tune |
BMW 2011 LB M3 GTS | T3 10.9x | 12.6x | Best Tune |
Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio | T3 11.2x | 13.9x | Best Tune |
If you think this is a mistake here, believe it. The developers have a T3 Milestone Car and other T3 cars but since the current Prestige Cup car is T5 they only have that in the roaster without any other T5 car – which leads to the funky result that the Prestige Cup car, although being a horribly slow T5 car, outrunning all the T3 cars by a mile easily. The good news here is, you can save up some resources to build the new Elite Tuner car as this will be the apex car in the upcoming Elite ShowDown in Season 210. I have said it before, although we see some cool cars as Milestone Cars that are T3, it will mess up the roasters for ShowDown so much that the devs should just stop making T3 cars Milestone Cars and flat out the pattern between T4 and T5 cars… but I mean after years I just don’t think they ever will and I can only assume that they have it in their agreements with the manufacturers that they have to feature the car somehow in the game (only my assumption that would at least explain this somehow, I have no insights on this!).
Update! Also the special edition of the Ultima, the Ultima Evolution Coupe Supercharged, is in the roaster. It was only available in packs and in the Evo Cup and it runs a time of 7.1xx so even with the purple Ultima Evolution Coupe you are hopelessly behind here. My advice for this ShowDown is to lay your head down and do what you can but there is no way you can be competitive without that car…
Elite ShowDown (June 20th, 2024)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:

---|---|---|---|
McLaren 720S | T5 6.8x | 7.6x | Best Tune |
Saleen S7 Twin Turbo | T5 7.4x | 10.0x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 R | T5 7.8x | 11.5x | Best Tune |
Technically the McLaren will be a great choice for most players, but be aware that there are some cars (don’t want to specifically name the one) that is used heavily by modders so be prepared to see some wild matchings (and please report the player that run any other car than the McLaren below 7 seconds!).

Nissan GT-R50 Prototype by Italdesign | T5 7.6x | 9.6x | Best Tune |
Audi 2020 RS 5 Coupe | T3 11.2x | 13.9x | Best Tune |
Either upgrade the Atlantic Conept or use the Regera. I think the Regera is sitting in most garages after being featured in Race Pass and multiple events over the past years. Mind that the Nissan is the 2021 version and not the older one! The Prestige Cup car is worthless in this event.

Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 10.7x | Best Tune |
Audi RS 5 Coupe | T3 7.7x | 12.8x | Best Tune |
I mean the roaster here is pretty obvious what car to take and it comes down to either you having done the Elite Tuner Silvia or you have invested in the Super Snake, but expect to be hung be Silvias left and right.

Honda AIMGAIN GT NSX | T4 10.3x | 12.8x | Best Tune |
Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat | T4 10.4x | 12.9x | Best Tune |
Honestly, I do not understand why the devs don’t simply have the same tier cars for Prestige Cup and as Milestone car… would make things less messy. In this case, we have the Prestige Cup car as T5 car as the fastest car so there is literally no point in upgrading the Z NISMO. Basically free for all, which is great for the majority of players. This is one of the rare cases where it works inf favor of F2P, so don’t bother and simply max out the Prestige Car for free and you’re good to go.

Pretty straightforward with the only reasonable car to consider using being the 2020 Corvette Stingray (even at Stage 5 with all fusion parts it beats the other cars).

Audi ABT RS6-R | T4 9.8x | 11.9x | Best Tune |
Infinity Project Black S | T4 10.3x | 12.8x | Best Tune |
The battle here is pretty clear, but that is normal if we have a T5 Milestone car in the previous season and a T4 Prestige Cup car in the current one – the T5 cars are the only viable options and you can think about investing into the Batur if you have the Fenyr Supersport (hosten in so many events so far) pretty maxed since their final times aren’t that crazy away from each other.
Retro Revival ShowDown (May 9th, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:
Car |

Porsche 911 GT2 (993) | T5 7.2x | 8.6x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 8.9x | Best Tune |
Porsche Carrera GT | T5 7.5x | 11.1x | Best Tune |
… the other cars without distinct order… | |||
You need 1400 cups to get the BMW 1990 M3 to finish the Retro Revival Event and the car roaster is a blessing and a curse since you have the McLaren F1 there basically as the apex car and most players that playfor longer have it fully maxed which puts other players in a awkward position.

Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Infinity Project Black S | T4 10.3x | 12.8x | Best Tune |
Without going into too much detail here – this is probably the most shocking modder roster for a ShowDown we’ve ever had. I try to not motivate by telling which cars are “great” for modding, but expect as a fair player to get beaten badly in this ShowDown and think about investing more effort into the event ShowDown (above)…
Please mind! If you see modders (if you race against certain Elite Custom cars that beat their times shown above significantly, make sure to report them). Also, the Prestige Cup car is T4 and has no chance at all here.

Dodge Viper ACR ‘Voodoo II’ | T5 8.7x | 10.2x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Urus Performante | T4 9.7x | 11.3x | Best Tune |
This ShowDown is literally Utopia VS Venom and the gaps between the cars after that make the priority very clear. Especially with the Utopia having been a free car and the Venom available in so many events you will see so many players have them that it’s not worth building any other car for this ShowDown event.

The options here are pretty clear and all about your progress in Elite Tuner and Honda cars. If you built the 1992 NSX you will have th apex car with a clear lead, otherwise use the Honda S2000. The LB NSX is a T4 car and so slow compared to the other ones that there is no real reason to even consider it…

ATS Automobili GT | T5 7.7x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
This is the first time for a very long time that I actually love the roaster of the ShowDown and wish the devs would make it like that all the time. All cars are close enough together, the Milestone Car has a slight advantage but not too great so every player can think about saving the upgrade costs and then two filler cars that also run around the same time. This is going to be a fair and fun ShowDown for most players and I really hope to see those more in the future!
Elite ShowDown (April 11th, 2024)

Porsche 911 R | T5 7.8x | 11.5x | Best Tune |
I am not surprised they push the current Tuner Challenge car, the 1992 Honda, a little more in ShowDown to make you max it out. Not saying it is a bad thing and it’s a cool car, just makes it often such a modder galore that it is frustrating. If you are not there yet you can also run the previous Elite Tuner car, the Corvette, the times are more or less the same when maxed.
Beyond Aston Hill ShowDown (March 27th, 2024)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:

Aston Martin V12 Vantage | T5 7.2x | 8.7x | Best Tune |
Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato | T5 7.3x | coming soon | |
Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Volante | T5 7.6x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Aston Martin One-77 | T5 8.1x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
In short, this will be a tough ShowDown as the players that want and need the car here to finish the Beyond Aston Hill Event will all have the cars that run below 7.xxx seconds so this leaves every other players with cars that are almost half a second slower. You might have a chance to pick up the Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider towards the end of the event with a maxed GT Zagato or maybe a maxed Superleggera Volante but early in the event you will have a rough time.
Outside the event the prize car is also not too interesting since we have so many variations of it already in the game and with a final time of 7.1xx it is also not really very fast and more like mediocre.

Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 11.4x | Best Tune |
As expected with a new Elite Tuner Challenge, the very car will be featured right away in the Elite ShowDown and dominate there so every player is getting ‘motivated’ (blackmailed) in maxing it out right away. I mean using the ELite Tuner Challenge to build the car is always worth it and the car is nice, but with all the other events going on it’s quite expensive. Still, if you have the cash and some time go ahead and get it worked on as much as possible as even maxed Stage 5 it will be quite fast.
Champion ShowDown (March 20th, 2024)

Mercedes-AMG S 63 Coupe | T5 7.9x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing | T4 9.9x | 11.2x | Best Tune |
With the Cadillac as Prestige Cup car being a solid T4 car, I actually hoped we can see quite a balanced roaster… but the devs thought instead “why not put two extremely fast T5 cars in there that run significantly below 7 seconds to beat up every player that doesn’t have them”. Even. the Mercedes here is just a little spray paint, since the Rimac and the Hennessey are without full Stage 5 upgrades faster than the Mercedes and the Cadillac fully maxed. Is it because the Easter Event is accessible for many players they thought to make a P2W ShowDown?
Don’t get me wrong, nothing against players that spend money to have them, not at all – I just would like to see a roaster that is competitive enough for the majority of players and this is just sending players without the Rimac and Hennesey with a knife to a gunfight. Actually more like a spoon…
Elite ShowDown (March 14th, 2024)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:

Chevrolet Camaro SS | T3 12.2x | 15.5x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang GT Premium | T3 12.8x | 14.9x | Best Tune |
You want to take one of the T4 cars. Not just because they are significantly faster, T3 cars are simply not done for half-mile races so I highly discourage you to upgrade and put Elite Token into the T3 cars here as this is a hopeless battle since every Stage 5 T4 will outrun them and those cars are sitting maxed in so many garages. If you’re not sure if you build up the Vantage or the Silvia, I’d go with the Silvia if you really want to simply because it’s used more often in ShowDown (but often at the lower end of the roaster, even in T4 ShowDowns). Honestly if you don*t have them built I’d take it slow on this ShowDown and not increase Elite Custom levels.
Champion ShowDown (March 6th, 2024)

BMW M3 (G81) Touring | T3 12.4x | 13.6x | Best Tune |
Hyundai Elantra N | T3 13.2x | 14.7x | Best Tune |
Super funky roaster here with T3 cars (also because the previous Milestone Car was a T3 car) with the current T5 Prestige Cup car in there which is just so much faster that it makes little sense to run or build any other car – even though the Jaguar is a very slow T5 car overall.
The good news for you is that you get a ton of free crates to easily build the Jaguar for the Prestige Cup, with the downside that you need to build a very slow T5 car that has no relevance at all in the game. I personally really don’t understand why they still do T3 cars as Milestone Cars as there will always be a wonky successing season in terms of ShowDown, but that is just my personal opinion.
Elite ShowDown (February 28th, 2024)
We’re heading to a T3 ShowDown with some classic Elite Custom T3 cars:
Car |

Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Honda VARIS Civic Type R | T3 7.3x | 8.7x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Camaro SS | T3 7.7x | 10.5x | Best Tune |
Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Coupe Edition 507 | T3 8.1x | 13.3x | Best Tune |
Audi RS 5 Coupe | T3 8.2x | 10.1x | Best Tune |
Please also mind that the times above are for maxed E.C. Level 50 so if you don’t have invested many token the order can change. From E.C 0 to 50 the difference is about 0.4 seconds for each car to give you an idea (except the Camaros SS which gains from Elite Custom 0 to 50 whopping 0.7s of total time boost from the extra fusion parts). Other than that, the hierarchy is pretty clear what car to pick and as upgrades for T3 cars aren’t that expensive maxing Stage parts is easily worth it – just don’t invest too many Tuner Token as T3 cars are rarely worth maxing.

Hyundai Elantra N | T3 13.5x | 16.7x | Best Tune |
The Lotus Evija or the Countach are the cars to go here for most player although all T5 cars very close together that I recommend using the one you have upgraded most. I believe it’s worth upgrading the Lotus Milestone car if you got it or from the Flash Event 2023, it’s a really nice car.

BMW M5 CS | T4 10.1x | 12.0x | Best Tune |
Audi 2014 LB R8 V10 plus Coupe | T4 10.7x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
I don’t know what happened with the devs that nobody checked the roaster for final times, but the current Prestige Cup car, the Porsche 911 Speedster is the only T5 car in the roaster making it, although it is a pretty slow T5 car, still the fastest car. And it’s in the game a long time so expect so many players to have it built already and just max it out with the free crates during the Prestige Cup. I don’t see any point why you would want to build the Ferrari Purosange at this point…
Elite ShowDown (January 18th, 2024)

Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk | T4 11.5x | 13.8x | Best Tune |
Unsurprisingly the devs want to push everyone in maxing the 720S so this is the only viable car here in the event and as you get it for free I think you will have it upgraded enough to have it running below the 7.4s the Super Snake can reach when fully maxed, making it the only car to recommend in this Elite ShowDown.

Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG | T4 10.7x | 11.9x | Best Tune |
To make it short, you gotta run the Battista or the Gemera to get some rewards in this ShowDown as they are simply too far ahead. With the Mercedes G 63 being T4 in this roaster with 2 cars running below 7 seconds, there is no way you get any far, even when you have it maxed you can’t even beat any of the other cars that are Stage 5 only!

Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
We can easily refer to this ShowDown as the modders ShowDown as there are the favorite modders cars in it so for every regular player it will be a frustrating one – I’m pointing that out so you don’t get frustrated or invest heavily here as the modders will run the show espcially with the XJ220 that is becoming incredible boosted when modders use it with excess fusion parts in it… I recommend to use the car you have built the best and get what you can and let go as soon as you get matched up with those heavily modded XJ220…
Please mind the chart above is for the cars as they are without modding!

McLaren Artura | T5 7.7x | 9.3x | Best Tune |
If you have built the Pagani and don’t plan to built the Lamborghini Revuelto, you can get away with it. Please mind that there are some wonky 6.8xx tunes for the Revuelto but I assuem they will be fixed soon since the car is not intended to go that fast.
The other cars are significantly slower but if you don’t own the fastest cars or want to take it slow with cash invest due to the current events that might not be the worst move.
Elite ShowDown (December 21st, 2023)

Nissan Silvia (S15) Rocket Bunny | T4 10.3x | 13.1x | Best Tune |
So, thext chapter of Izzy’s Tuner series is up with the McLaren 720S and the devs decided to throw that car right into the roaster for this ShowDown which means you can expect a ton of modders showing off their skills of adding additional fusion parts to it…
I recommend to not investing too crazy here to keep up and simply take it as you can.

Koenigsegg Agera RS | T5 7.4x | 9.4x | Best Tune |
Audi RS e-tron GT | T5 7.5x | 9.4x | Best Tune |
VUHL 05RR | T5 8.3x | 11.5x | Best Tune |
All cars here are pretty close, even with the Prestige Cup car that you can easily run as well in this event without having to build the Milestone Car.
Battle for Vegas ShowDown (December 4th, 2023)
Here are the cars for the event ShowDown:

Chevrolet Ringbrothers Loadmaster ‘ENVY’ | T5 6.5x | coming soon | |
Pontiac Firebird Trans Am ‘Mullet Missile’ | T5 6.6x | 8.6x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Chevelle ‘Recoil’ | T5 6.6x | 8.0x | Best Tune |
Buick Grand National | T5 6.6x | 8.4x | Best Tune |
Dodge Challenger MOPAR Drag Pak | T5 6.9x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray | T5 6.9x | 7.6x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang GT | T5 6.9x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang Cobra Jet | T5 6.9x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet COPO Camaro ‘Anniversary’ | T5 6.9x | coming soon | |
Toyota GR Supra | T5 6.9x | 10.3x | Best Tune |
Nissan 2017 GT-R (R35) | T5 7.1x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet COPO Camaro | T5 7.4x | 8.4x | Best Tune |
In short, this will be a tough ShowDown as the players that want and need the car here to finish the Battle for Vegas Event will all have the cars that run below 6.7xx seconds so this leaves every casual player (and that is already a stretch) with cars like the maxed Mustang GT or 2023 Corvette at 6.9xx seconds so it will be tough for even those players to get the prize car. Possible, but tough grind.
I haven’t listed the T4 and T3 cars above as they will not even remotely stand a chance, but if you want to get their tune please look the up in my chart of all the cars in CSR2 here.
Elite ShowDown (December 7th, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ford Mustang ’10th Anniversary Edition RTR’ Spec 5 | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
All cars here, have maxed, pretty much the same time but as many players have either their Super Snake or LB Huracan maxed, this can also be a long grind if you haven’t maxed any of the cars to run the 7.4xx time…
Champion ShowDown (November 29th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |

---|---|---|---|
Lamborghini Lanzador Concept | T5 7.3x | 8.3x | Best Tune |
Jaguar F-TYPE R Convertible | T5 8.1x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
TVR Sagaris | T4 10.1x | 12.0x | Best Tune |
Audi RS 7 Sportsback | T4 10.1x | 12.1x | Best Tune |
It’s incredible how the Milestone Car will dominate here and if you’re not building it – which I can totally understand – you can honestly only run the Jaguar which was Prestige/Milestone car quite a while ago. The T4 options here are so much slower that you will struggle to get very far with them
Elite ShowDown (November 22nd, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequently featured cars in there along a new one:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |

Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
I mean the times are pretty obvious and the latest to Elite Tuner cars, if you built them, will dominate like carzy in this competition.
Champion ShowDown (November 15th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ferrari 296 GTS | T5 7.2x | 12.5x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica | T5 7.4x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini LB Aventador Coupe | T5 7.6x | 8.9x | Best Tune |
Porsche Panamera Turbo S Sport Turismo | T4 10.0x | 12.0x | Best Tune |
The super interesting thing here, is – the Stage 5 times are the complete opposite so if you have the Ferrari 296 GTS without Stage 6 parts and the Lamboghinis without Stage 6 parts, they will outperform the Ferrari heavily. This means only go with the Ferrari if you have at least 4 Stage 6 parts installed!
Champion ShowDown (October 4th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Hyundai IONIQ 5 N | T4 9.5x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
Nissan Pandem Skyline GT-R (BCNR33) | T4 9.9x | 12.0x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 4S Cabriolet | T4 10.2x | 12.4x | Best Tune |
Jeep Gladiator ‘Rubicon’ | T4 10.2x | 11.7x | Best Tune |
With all cars here being T4 cars, the best bet will either be the previous season Milestone Car (Nissan Pandem) or the Hyundai if you got one of them. At the end it comes down to what car you have upgraded further so even if you have the Porsche or the Jeep maxed out you might rather take them than fully building the faster cars unless you are willing to pull the Stage 6 upgrades or already have quite a bunch of them.
Elite ShowDown (September 27th, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequent appearances here without many surprises:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Porsche Carrera GT | T5 7.5x | 11.1x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Countach LP 5000 QV | T4 9.8x | 12.8x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray Convertible | T4 9.8x | 11.0x | Best Tune |
I guess for most players the Shelby Super Snake is the best choice simply as it’s featured that frequently that building it is worth it and most players did. Investing into the Legends cars to max out is for most players not worth it.
West Virginia ShowDown (September 22nd, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the event ShowDown:

Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray | T5 6.9x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang GT | T5 6.9x | 9.1x | Best Tune |
Toyota GR Supra | T5 6.9x | 10.3x | Best Tune |
AMC Javelin AMX ‘Defiant’ 🏆 | T5 7.0x | coming soon | |
Nissan 2017 GT-R (R35) | T5 7.1x | 7.8x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet Dutchboys Hotrods Camaro | T5 7.2x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang 10th Anniversary Edition RTR Spec 5 | T5 7.3x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.9x | Best Tune |
This is a very easy and tough ShowDown at the same time – easy because the Elite Tuner cars are available to everyone and for most players also well-upgraded so every player can access this event – and that makes it rough as so many players have cars in their garage sitting that can go 6.9 seconds that it will simply be a rough grind and I think it will be tough to even reach the trophies needed for the AMX Javelin with a car like the Shelby Super Snake…
Champion ShowDown (September 20th, 2023)

McLaren GT | T5 7.7x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
*please see comment | * | * | Best Tune |
*the 4th car in the roaster is, weirdly the M5 CSL, the current Prestige Car which makes little sense as normally there should be the previous Prestige Cup car which is the Porsche 911 Touring (see tune here). They haven’t changed it so far so I don’t know if they will just leave it like that or swap it… if not, here is the tune for the BMW M4 CSL
Elite ShowDown (September 14th, 2023)

Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XJ220 | T5 7.4x | 7.9x | Best Tune |
If you have build the 2020 Corvette through the Izzy Tuner Event a while ago, you have easily the best car here and the other cars run pretty similar times so there is no tremendous difference and you should pick the one you have upgraded the furthest.
Champion ShowDown (September 7th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Audi RS 5 Coupe (2020) | T3 11.1x | 14.1x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang Mach 1 | T3 11.8x | 13.1x | Best Tune |
BMW Rocket Bunny M3 GTS (E92) | T3 12.2x | 15.5x | Best Tune |
Dodge LB SRT Hellcat | T3 13.5x | 14.2x | Best Tune |
The interesting part here is, probably due to the fact that they build the roaster by dyno time, that the Prestige Car is by far the fastest car so you don’t even have to build the M3 and can run the car you already have.
Elite ShowDown (Aug 31st, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequent appearances here without many surprises:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Mazda RX-7 Rocket Bunny | T4 9.6x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Honda LB NSX | T4 9.8x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Nissan Silvia (S15) Rocket Bunny | T4 10.3x | 13.1x | Best Tune |
The Lamborghini will dominate so much here that you need to run it, no matter what, if you want to get a decent rank. It’s also a decent long-term investment as you see it in Elite ShowDown frequently. The T4 cars are quite close to each other and can be your backup choice if you don’t have the Lamborghini but they get used very rarely for the past year in Elite ShowDown after being very frequent cars before, so investing heavily into them (especially Elite Levels) is not that well-recommended.
The Summit Finale ShowDown (August 22nd, 2023)
For the final event of the The Summit Superstars you will need to unlock the final lock-in car in this ShowDown (the SCG 003S Carbon Edition):
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ferrari Daytona SP3 | T5 6.7x | 8.3x | Best Tune |
Lexus LFA ‘Nürburgring Package’ | T5 7.1x | Best Tune | |
SCG 003S Carbon Edition | T5 7.2x | coming soon | |
Aston Martin V12 Vantage | T5 7.2x | 8.7x | Best Tune |
Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Profilee | T5 7.2x | 8.8x | Best Tune |
Maserati MC20 | T5 7.2x | 8.6x | Best Tune |
Lexus LFA | T5 7.3x | 12.1x | Best Tune |
Dodge Viper Snakeskin Edition GTC | T4 11.9x | 10.7x | coming soon |
To win the 1300 cups price car for the Event (guide here), you need to run either of the T5 cars, they all run around the same time so pick the one you have upgraded the most. I will update the tunes in the next days so you will see them when the event starts.
Litte annotation regarding the Viper Snakeskin Edition – this is not a new car it’s in the game for 5 years and it runs very slow (was handed out like 2 years ago as a free car in an event) and there’s no way that you will get the prize car with it, so save yourself the cash upgrading it unless you really want to.
Champion ShowDown (August 24th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Aston Martin DBX 707 | T4 9.7x | 11.0x | Best Tune |
Alfa Romeo Giulia GTam | T4 10.1x | 12.5x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance | T4 10.4x | 12.4x | Best Tune |
Jaguar XE SV Project 8 | T4 10.5x | 12.9x | Best Tune |
If you don#t have/want to upgrade the Milestone Car from previous season (DBX 707), then it doesn’t matter too much which car you will take as their times are all pretty similar. The Jaguar is pretty funky to drive and unreliable so I’d recommend either the Mach-E or the Alfa Romeo.

Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock | T5 7.9x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Mercedes-Benz AMG S 63 Coupe | T5 7.9x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Due to the ways dyno tiimes run the Milestone Car will NOT be the apex car for the upcoming Champion ShowDown so check if you have the Lamborghini in your garage and you might be able to skip upgrading the (in my personal opinion) rather boring new Corvette version and save up some cash for the current events.
Elite ShowDown (Aug 3rd, 2023)

Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 10.7x | Best Tune |
With the latest Elite Tuner cars, the Ford Mustang GT as well as the 2020 Corvette Stingray you will have the fastest cars if you finished the events and have them at max Elite Custom level.
Champion ShowDown (July 27th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Nissan KRC Japan GT-R (R25) | T5 7.2x | coming soon | |
McLaren SLR 722 Edition | T5 7.2x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Nissan Rocket Bunny Boss Aero 240SX (S14) | T5 7.5x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
Porsche 911 RWB | T5 7.7x | 9.8x | Best Tune |
Unless you have the Milestone Car from previous season and want to max it out – the best bet will be the SLR 722 that we all got last year for the anniversary as Milestone Car a lot easier so most players have it and already upgraded it. It will be almost the same performance as the Nissan but saving you quite some cash to upgrade.
Elite ShowDown (July 20th, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have a car featured we didn’t see for quite some time
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |

Toyota GR Supra | T5 6.9x | 10.2x | Best Tune |
Ford Mustang ’10th Anniversary Edition RTR’ Spec 5 | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Shelby Super Snake | T5 7.4x | 9.0x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray Convertible | T4 9.9x | 13.3x | Best Tune |
The GR Supra is the first car in the Elite Tuner trials and most players should have it maxed out by now – I don’t think it makes any sense to use any other card for the ShowDown, especially as the gap between the GR Supra and the Mustangs is so big.
Champion ShowDown (July 13th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Ferrari 812 Competizione | T5 7.0x | coming soon | |
Pagani Zonda Cinque Coupe | T5 7.1x | 9.9x | Best Tune |
Hennessey Venom GT Spyder | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Aston Martin DBS Superleggera | T5 7.7x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
If you have the Pagani Zonda Cinque from a couple of seasons ago, you an run it as it was the Milestone car and you probably won’t have to invest much cash and safe it for events and still get quite far in this ShowDown.
If not, the Venom GT Spyder might be a great choice here as well before you dump the millions of cash into the Ferrari Milestone Car from last season. The times aren#t that crazy different unless you look at the very final times with maxed cars.
Elite ShowDown (July 6th, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and this time it’s with only T4 cars so it will be more interesting:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Mazda RX-7 Rocket Bunny | T4 9.6x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Honda LB NSX | T4 9.8x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray | T4 9.8x | 11.1x | Best Tune |
Cadillac CTS-V | T4 10.3x | 13.3x | Best Tune |
The top cars are all quite close together so use the one you have at the highest Elite Level (you should have all Stage 6 parts at this point as they are mid-field cars in many Elite ShowDowns so you got plenty of parts for them already). I wouldn’t invest much in them as they will normally not be top cars in most Elite ShowDowns so use what you have without spending Elite Token on them.
Champion ShowDown (June 29th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |
Setup |
---|---|---|---|
Hyundai Elantra N | T3 11.5x | 14.1x | Best Tune |
Porsche Vorsteiner Cayman GT-4 | T3 11.9x | 13.1x | Best Tune |
BMW ACS4 | T3 12.6x | 15.5x | Best Tune |
Dodge LB SRT Hellcat | T3 13.5x | 14.2x | Best Tune |
With all T3 cars and a very clear hierarchy, this ShowDown will require you to build the Milestone Car from previous season or you will not be able to compete that well. If you want to save some resources you might also want to skip but building a T3 car, at least, is not that expensive.
Elite ShowDown (June 22nd, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequent appearances here without many surprises:

The Lamborghini will dominate so much here that you need to run it, no matter what, if you want to get a decent rank. The Grand Finale ShowDown (June 14th, 2023)
For the final event of the European Invitational Tour you will need to unlock the final lock-in car in this ShowDown (the Noble M500):
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |

McLaren Solus | T5 6.5x | 8.0x | Best Tune |
Volkswagen Electric R | T5 6.6x | coming soon | |

Lamborghini Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae | T5 7.3x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
Ferrari 488 Pista Spider | T5 7.4x | 11.4x | Best Tune |
Noble M500 | T5 7.6x | Best Tune | |

Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 10.7x | Best Tune |
Lamborghini Performante | T5 8.0x | 9.7x | Best Tune |
To win the 1300 cups price car for the Event (guide here), you should either have one of the event cars or you need a maxed Elite Custom car from the 911 R, 488 Pista Spider or Lamborghini Huracan. This is probably the way for most players to go.
Champion ShowDown (June 15th, 2023)
Here are the new upcoming cars for the Champion ShowDown:

Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye | T5 7.9x | 9.5x | Best Tune |
Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible | T5 7.9x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
Are you ready for the weirdest ShowDown roaster? Well, I hope you are as we have all the four cars featured running times so close to each other that you should run the ones that you have upgraded the most – and as the Audi R8 was featured twice in prestige Cup, I assume this will be the car most players have upgraded the most at this point.
Elite ShowDown (June 8th, 2023)
The new Elite Tuner ShowDown is up and we have some frequent appearances here without many surprises:
Car |
⏱6️⃣ |
⏱5️⃣ |

Lamborghini LB Silhouette Huracan Coupe | T5 7.4x | 9.2x | Best Tune |

Honda LB NSX | T4 9.8x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Chevrolet 2020 Corvette Stingray Convertible | T4 9.8x | 11.0x | Best Tune |
The Lamborghini will probably be the best choice for most players as we all got it free for several occasions and it is featured as apex car so many times that so many of us have it either high or maxed. Alternatively, you can use the Ferrari if you have it maxed.
The LB NSX should only be your backup in case you’re missing the T5 cards and don#t invest any Elite Custom levels in it anymore, it is simply not worth it we haven’t seen it as a top car in ShowDown for more than a year!
Champion ShowDown (May 31st, 2023)

Noble M600 Speedster | T5 7.5x | 9.2x | Best Tune |
All cars are really close together and I think for most players it will be worth it running the Noble M600 if you have built it well already instead of starting to invest into the COPO Camarao from scartch unless you have the cash and a ton of keys or Stage 6 parts already sitting around

Ford Mustang HPE750 | T4 10.6x | 12.9x | Best Tune |
As the Noble M600 Speedster, the current Prestige Cup car, is the only T5 car it is the APEX car that will be working best – so don’t invest in any other car here and take the cheap opportunity to get far while also getting a ton of parts for the Prestige Cup at the same time.

Lamborghini Huracan Coupe | T5 7.8x | 10.7x | Best Tune |
To win the 1300 cups price car for the Event (guide here), you should either have one of the event cars or you need a maxed Elite Custom car from the 911 R, 488 Pista Spider or Lamborghini Huracan. This is probably the way for most players to go.
If you did the Flash Event with the Rimac Nevara you have a very easy time getting through this event as this car beats everything (except the McLaren Solus that can run a time of 6.5xx).

Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Edition | T4 10.1x | 12.7x | Best Tune |
Mercedes Benz SLS AMG Black Series | T4 12.2x | 13.6x | Best Tune |
If you have the Audi RS-7 ABT maxed or well-upgraded you will do fine, otherwise you need to build the Milestone Car from the previous season, if you got it. The Prestige Cup car, the SLS AMG Black Series is by far the slowest car so don#t expect too much running it and every other car you might have from the roaster is worth running more than a maxed SLS AMG, tbh.

The Porsche 911 R is so much ahead and the Stingray is the Elite Custom Street Edition prize car so only a few players run it. I guess the best here will be run the car you have if you don’t have the 911 R and make the best out of it without investing too much.

Mercedes-AMG G 63 | T4 10.7x | 12.5x | Best Tune |

Your best bet for this ShowDown is to build the Prestige Cup car, the Porsche RWB NARRO STYLE as quickly as possible as you need it for the Prestige Cup anyway and it will beat the Milestone Car from the previous season by half a second, so there’s no real reason to invest in the Mustang Mach-E at all.

This is a really surprising roaster for this ShowDown with the current prestige Cup car as the fastest one (but you need to have quite all Stage 6 parts, just at Stage 5 it’s the 2nd-slowest car). I don’t know if someone messed up here or they will make the current Prestige Cup car available in ShowDowns now but it is a nice one where you don’t need to invest into the extra car.

The GR Supra is the first car in the Elite Tuner trials and most players should have it maxed out by now – I don’t think it makes any sense to use any other card for the ShowDown, especially as the gap between the GR Supra and the Mustangs is so big.

The milestone car will be the fastest car and unless you have a well-upgraded COPO Camaro in your garage you probably have to invest here as the Prestige Cup car, the Lamborghini, will be significantly slower. I’m a little sad that they don’t allow the Pagani Zonda Cinque (2021 Europe Tour) and the Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster are not eligible although they are identical cars and share Stage 6 parts.

If you can run the 488 Pista Spider you will have a fairly great time, otherwise the Vantage is the baseline car for most players. I wouldn’t recommend investing in it many Elite Custom levels, though, as it will always be fairly on the bottom and rather use it as the backup car it is instead of trying to make something out of it. The Corvette is the Elite Custom prize car and I think the amount of people who run it is really low.

You have two decent options here and if you have the Chevrolet 2023 Corvette (from previous season in 2022) upgraded well, I’d rather take it as it’s more reliable to drive with a very similar time to the Quintin Brothers Camaro. Only use the T4 cars if you don’t have any other option, even fully maxed they can’t compete with a Stage-5-upgraded T5 car in this ShowDown.

Now that Natural Motion added the Fenyr Supersport 2 days after the ShowDown Event started, there’s at least two T5 cars available to race here so you can think about investing into the Acura. Makes me a little mad as many players already pumped millions of cash into their Acura’s and now NM is like “oh well here as a little support present we make another car available”. The T4 cars a pure fallbacks if you don#t have access to the Milestone cars or not willing to invest that many cash.

The Milestone car, the Lamborghini Countach, will be a very reasonable investment here as it has such an edge over the other cars (I doubt that you have a fully built Regera in your garage). Depends on your invest but the cars aren’t very close to each other and the Porsche 911 Turbo S should only be your consideration when there are basically no Stage 6 parts involved and you have it already upgraded.

Tip To Win More In ShowDown In CSR2
ShowDown Events work different from normal Live Races in CSR2 and I want to give you some insights that will help you understand how you can do better, even if you have one of the slower cars.
ShowDown Matchmaking
Matchmaking in ShowDown is pretty easy – you will get matched against a player that has the same amount of trophies as you.
This is important to understand because right after the start you will also see people with a lot faster cars racing against you, simply due to the fact that they haven’t gotten the chance to get more trophies so far. As time goes by the faster cars will be higher and the slower cars lower.
So, the best strategy to actually do ShowDown races will be in the later days of the ShowDown Event and not right at the start, because that’s the time when it becomes easier. The longer a ShowDown Event lasts the easier you can do that. Some last 2 days (which is not much time for the faster cars to move up in trophies) and some do 7 days (where you have at least 3-4 days left with the harder opponents out of your sight).
Winning/Losing Streaks
There are people that swear this happens but there’s no hard evidence for an algorithm that will send you on a losing streak against someone with a faster car once you’ve won a couple of races in a row.
Why am I writing this then? Well, there have been some strategies to only do 2-3 races every hour and then stop to prevent this. I personally never do this and use all my attempts I have to get the best result possible and I also don’t recommend you to waste time not using all your races.
The more races you do the better your chances to get higher the ladder, that’s it. If there’s no clear evidence that there’s a losing streak algorithm in ShowDown I will update this here, of course 🙂
But, hey, if you see that you lost a couple of races in a row it’s probably time to make a break to wait until those faster cars left your trophy range so you will see more opponents that you can beat. I think it’s more about if you gotten too fast into a trophy range that you can’t beat will catch you here and not the game sending you to lose on purpose.
Conclusion
No win trading? No lobbies & down tuning? Rewards for better times? ShowDown looks promising to become a new fun and also fair game mode – as long as you do define the term “fair” to not gaining any unfair advantage away from having a better car. Of course, those with the stronger cars will be in favor here and take away the higher perks.
What do you think? Leave a comment below 🙂
Hey, this is AJ & the 11.950 1/2-mile time that is listed isn’t the fastest time for the (Fully Maxed out) Vorsteiner Cayman GT4 V-CS anymore on this weeks Showdown Event (#129.)
I’ve been running consistent 11.516 to 11.590 1/2 miles times since it started (I’ve got videos.)
Unless the cars 1/2-mile time got bumped up by NaturalMotion that means I should hold the WR for the car! Please, correct me if I’m wrong…
Thanks,
-AJ
I think you have the date wrong in the heading for the latest showdown cars. Season 128 is May 13th not April 13th.
yop you’re right… thanks!
Worst competition ever in CSR2.
I hope they’ll quit this SHITdown, ’cause it’s ridiculous without a proper moderation… too many cheaters, autotouch, autobot, disconnection trick, rank 100 with full maxed Top 10 Purple Stars cars… come on, it’s a true SHIT.
I appreciate your suggestions, but it’s all in vain in these pathetic conditions.
Do you know when the showdown begins for the Bentley Continental GT Convertible?
Sorry, no info on that so far but I guess in Season 96
These are pretty rigged. When I get above 300 trophies I can’t win because the people the game puts me up against are too OP. Once I lose a bunch of trophies it starts to put me in more fair races but then I get obliterated again once I get above 300 trophies. I’d rather deal with a few cheaters in the live races if it means I get to pick who I’m going up against and stand more of a chance of winning.
So the Bugatti veryron event is pretty cool, but it damn near impossible. In showdown I hate how I can’t get past 500 trophies. I’m rank 57 and I’m getting matched with players of rank 700 and 500 and what not, and they do half miles in like 7-9 seconds lol. Like how is that even fair? My goal is to just get to 1200 trophies for the super sport but seriously I don’t think I’ll be able to achieve that ever with the kind of people that I get matched with. Kind of ridiculous.
A thing i have noticed since I’ve been playing couple of showdown so far, is that it’s always easier at end of the event (couple hours before clock ends) to progress in trophy rewards. I mean, probably that more people have been playing along during the event and you have more chance to find an easier opposent to win for the same amount of trophy. Did you notice this stuff as well?
Yes that‘s true because the strong players that tend to be also the active ones are out of the way in the lower areas
It’s not letting me collect trophies… I win, click next buttons and it shows no other opponents. And send me back to the map with 0 trophies in my bank… cant get anything accomplished
It’s a new feature so this is probably a bug
Beware of player “DANCRO W/L”
He’s a cheater using the disconnection trick in ShowDown.
In reality he’s a very poor player that without this trick would not even arrive in the first 1000.
Report him to NM.
Really not into public shaming here… please report it to support
There seems to be a very awful trait to the showdown . Once you reach a certain volume of trophies it seems you are destined to stay there, win one loose three and enter the eternal loop of wasted gas and loosing to cars with over a second advantage in their final time. I’m not truly a fan of having to repeatedly loose.
Yes, that’s right. But it’s still Beta and I hope they change some things with it

Hi I’m asking regarding my game sending me to the map saying check out showdown but there is no showdown when I get there. Please help
You probably have to contact support 🙁
Sorry in English please 🙁
If I finish myself 200 times and stay hard in the first 1,000 to win, but the competition continues and they take me out of the top thousand, can I get hard? Or what do i do? I finish a moment before the end of the competition or what? Thank you, and there are several blondes that are below the maximum record ???? you can’t beat them like this (jizz)
I have been using the Pagani Zonda in Live Racing for a very long time now. I can run 7.18xxx in Live Races consistently. In the Showdown however my Zonda can run NO FASTER then 7.20xxx And that was a fluke. Most of my races are between 7.22xxx – 7.30xxx in the Showdown. While guys are running 7.182xx in the Showdown I find this very hard to believe they are doing this without a mod or hack of some kind. Shame.
Do you run the 347/4.0 nitro, 2.45 final drive and 0/100 tires tuning? This is the tune that allows 7.180s (fastest possible)
But, yes, it’s weird that you have slower times there than in Live Racing, can’t actually think of any other explenation 🙁
im doing Beta Showdown today, something I have noticed and im sure others will too, is that for now in manufacturer specific. now that doesn’t bother me but I could see that showdown is very lopsided, in most of the races there is absolutely no way that the losing racer would have ever had a chance to win. the matches should be closer to what kind of performance the cars can do, similar to the way the live lobbies are. I mean in what world would you want to spend your gold for fuel to race a race that your car is 3 full seconds slower than your competitor.
The initial idea is to remove all “lopsiding” that is happening with breaking dyno times and lobbies that you know from Live Races by taking the raw performance of a car and the trophies earnt in a ShowDown event.
Theoretically this helps but in reality the faster ones do dominate early while the slower ones will suffer early – I also hope that there will be some sort of pre-determination as well in the beginning so these unbeatable races won’t occur that much
