Best Troop Types

Use all Infantry units or at least as many as possible as she will buff up HP and attack of all infantry units in her legion through her 3rd skill and some of the talent points shown below will also only affect Infantry Units exclusively. It’s not required but it will help a lot and make your life easier at the end of the day.

Best Hero Pairing for Nika

Madeline is along Nika probably the strongest infantry combo you ran run right now and as Madeline also deals some skill damage Nika’s 4th skill buff is not wasted. You, although, want to consider running Madeline as the primary commander in this unless you have your Nika developed a lot further than your Madeline (See full build here).

Hosk is a universally great hero in Call of Dragons and don’t care much about troops type. You want to run Nika as the primary commander here to be able to use her Infantry Tree. It’s not the tankiest combo to brawl around but it’s super punishing and deals a ton of damage while still being quite versatile. I understand that only a little percentage of players can run this but this is just a slam-dunk pairing so I have it listed here (See full build here).

Bakhar is a great epic pair, but there’s a little bit more to that. You actually want to run hima s the primary commander to ramp up the damage dealt by his units from his active skill and then you can hit them with the big skill damage from Nika (See full build here).

Theia is quite a sneaky pairing and with Nika as the primary commander in this combo you gain the shield from Theia for more sustain on the field and Theia will buff up the solid skill damage that Nika deals even more. You will miss out on the flying unit benefits but that is actually alright in this setup (See full build here).

Garwood is such a durable hero in Call of Dragons and his kit actually targets more toward being so durable that you take down enemies with counterattacks while they basically not get much of his pool down – and with the more offensive approach and skill damage that Nika deals I feel this is a sub-par setup (See full build here).

Eliana works as a basic pairing as you can hide Eliana as the epic commander behind Nika and then gain shielding and make Nika work a bit better on the sturdy side. Again, this is a early-stage pairing and none you want to run too long (See full build here).

Dragon Scale Armor increases Nika’s legion defenseand is an absolute stunning (no phun intended) artifact to run with Nika no matter what. Availability of this artifact is a different discussion, though…. Best Pet Synergies For Nika (NEW)

With the new war pet system in Call of Dragons it’s aso important to pair Nika with the right pet to gain more synergies. Please also check out the full tier list of all war pets in Call of Dragons here to see which ones are worth the invest in general.

Sand Lizard
works best if you run her with either a deputy or artifact that provides a shield and then you can deal a ton of extra damage that will hurt every enemy attacking you, espcially when binding more than one enemy legion
Venomous Lizard
is a good alternative if you don't gain shielding with Nika so you can deal more damage when you get hit

Best Builds For Nika

Below you will find the talent tree builds for Nika that make sense when running as the primary commander in any legion in Call of Dragons. Please also refer to the description below each talent tree as I explain a general route on how you should spend your talents there + some additional background for each talent build that I very likely will appreciate. This is one of two working talent tree setups with Nika, and using her along a hero that does counterattack damage or boost counterattack damage, this is the talent tree you want to use no matter if you started plaiyng yesterday or last year. This talent tree here focus more on using Nika as tank and dealing skill damage so if you pair her with any hero that does do skill damage and has no counterattck skills (unlocked), this is your talent tree of choice.

Conclusion

I hope this guide for building Nika helped you investing without wasting much time and resources. If you liked it or you further questions (or maybe also annnotations that you believe should be added here in this guide), please don’t hesitate to post them below in the comment section. Thanks for reading and have a great day.
