Deathstroy Deck Guide – MARVEL SNAP

Using many destroy synergies, this deck can devlop a lot of power and also handle quite some controlling locations and cards your opponent might throw your way. Overall also a ton of fun to play when you scale up your cards well.

Card Strategy for the Deathstroy Deck

Nova is a great card to pop through Killmonger and ideally you have also Deadpool on the board (make sure to play him right side of Nova so his +1 power also hits Deadpool before he gets destroyed) and with some other 1-cost cards on the board you can make Death a lot cheaper to play and even have a good chance to turn her into a 0-cost card. Yondu can take out a card your opponent might need for his draw lines, give you information on what deck your opponent might play and feeds the power ideally into Knull, discounts Death by -1 cost and can even be popped later or feed into a destroy card – that is huge and a ton of things for a 1-cost card. Bucky Barnes Gives 6 power plus the destruction through Carnage, Deathlok or Venom to discount Death and feed a little into Knull. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Bucky Barnes here.
Carnage destroy the cards you want to get rid of here for more synergy. Eating Bucky Barnes to get WInter Soldier, double Deadpool’s power or trigger Wolverine – there’s a lot he’s supposed to do. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Carnage here.
Wolverine gains +2 power each time you destroy him so you can flip him accross the board also also reach into locked locations. Simply trey to destroy him as often as you can if it makes sense but even only one time turns him into a 4-power card that you played for 2 energy. Killmonger is here to pop your Nova to gain extra power and discount Death heavily, espcially when your opponent also plays 1-cost cards. Even a useful card later turn to pop Nova and gain up to 12 extra power accross the board. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Killmonger here.
Venom can clear up space and trigger positive destriuction effects like Deadpool, Bucky Barnes, Wolverine etc. He will not only maintain the power he destroys, he will also trigger the effects to discount Death and feed more power into Knull. Sabretooth provides a good amount of value as destroying him will discount Death further, adds 4 power to Knull or Venom and can be a 0-cost card to drop at Turn 6 to be less predictable overall. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Sabretooth here.
Deathlok is here to activte Winter Soldier by destroying Bucky Barnes or make Sabretooth a free card – ideally by feeding the destroyed power into Knull and/or discount Death at the same time. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Deathlok here.
Shang-Chi works really well when you need to get rid of any high-power opponent card but also mind that this will reduce the cost of your Death and also scales up Knull by the power destroyed so you can even gain from removing opponent cards with it. Knull is like a battery for all destroyed cards and if you have him in your hand at the start, you can easily see him grow towards 30+ power to drop at the end – ideally along a 0-cost Death and a 0-cost Sabretooth – that is a push no opponent can defend. Death gets cheaper each time you destroy a card – and as this is what you’re doing you can easily discount her to 3-cost or often enough even to a 0-cost card to drop along Knull or any other cards at the last turn for insane power to the board.
