Best Snowpeak Roc Pet Build (Skill, Attributes, Pairings) in Call of Dragons

With war pets in Call of Dragons you have a very tough task as you can have literally countless variations of attributes and skills on them, so I decided to make a in-depth build guide to show you what heroes to pair Snowpeak Roc with, what skills works well (and not just the very best ones that ony 1% of players are able to have), what attributes you should go for before building a copy of Snowpeak Roc and some background that you should know.

Best Attributes

So, when you roll a fresh copy of your pet, the attributes you can potentially get when maxing it out are assigned randomly between the possibilities – but the attributes are normally also the multiplicators for the skills and talent so also important. So you can easily have a legendary Snowpeak Roc but with pretty useless attributes and it will still, even with the perfect skills on it, only perform at like 50% of the potential.

Also make sure to check out the full tier list of all pets here to get a feeling which pet is worth it and which one is not.

Here are the three most important attributes you’re looking for:

Luck
Luckis primarily important as it is the multiplier for the talent and the main focus you have, make sure to have that very high
Strength
Strengthwrks on many of the recommended skills I have below so also very important along luck to have
Agility
Agilityis not as important as Luck and Strength but should at least be medicre as well as several skills I recommend use it to scale

Best Skills

We tested them all and if you look at the overview you know how much there are. Here are the best skills you want for each attribute type:

Please mind, you can only use 3 skills for each attribute (any additional ones simply won’t take effect!) which will require you to pick the skills and the synergies well. The big problem is, with the way you get the skills there is no one-to-rule-them-all setup so we created a map here that help you pick your skills according to the skills you have:

  • combine the skills with their cross-synergies so they enhance each other
  • pick the attribute types the way that they all stay effective

Sounds a lot? It can be, so we simplified your options below. Simply follow each of the main lines and make your choices (you can pick any combination of main lines):

It makes absolutely sense to prioritize talents that have effects when Defense Break is happening as this is the talent of the Snowpeak Roc but also the heroes you run him with use that. Also, they boost normally their normal attack and counterattacks so ramping up these with additional crit rate is a solid plan overall. Some skills just read better than they are (e.g. Forceful Concentration that gives you the impression that all damage is increased but it only gives a small increate to the talent skill).

Best Heroes Synergies

Alright, here comes the important part, because having a great war pet is nothing when not using it with the right heroes and vice versa. Here are the possible heroes that makes sense pairing up with Snowpeak Roc as war pet:

Nico
applies DEF Break with his kit so he goes naturally really well with Snowpeac Roc
Kinnara
also has DEF Break in her skills that make her an excellent choice to use Snowpeak Roc as war pet
Forondil
can be a choice with the Snowpeak Roc but as he only applies the DEF Break when the target get Cowardice applied makes him a less effective choice compared to the ones above

Conclusion

I hope this guide here helped you build Snowpeak Roc the right away. Also, the way war pets work you will end up building multiple different ones so don’t hunt too much for specific attributes or skills but the above tips will help you to go very far in the right direction.
