With war pets in Call of Dragons you have a very tough task as you can have literally countless variations of attributes and skills on them, so I decided to make a in-depth build guide to show you what heroes to pair Frostbear with, what skills works well (and not just the very best ones that ony 1% of players are able to have), what attributes you should go for before building a copy of Frostbear and some background that you should know.

Best Attributes

So, when you roll a fresh copy of your pet, the attributes you can potentially get when maxing it out are assigned randomly between the possibilities – but the attributes are normally also the multiplicators for the skills and talent so also important. So you can easily have a legendary Frostbear but with pretty useless attributes and it will still, even with the perfect skills on it, only perform at like 50% of the potential.

Here are the three most important attributes you’re looking for:

Strengthas the main scaler for the talent that deals back damage is the most important attribute on Frostbear and has to be potentially high

Enduranceis used in many of the recommended skills below so you also want to have that quite high, espcially when you use Enhanced Frost Armor as this will give you a longer duration for every 200 endurance you have

Agilityis also used on several skill but not as important as Endurance or Strength, so it's just a nice to have but no substitute

Best Heroes Synergies

Alright, here comes the important part, because having a great war pet is nothing when not using it with the right heroes and vice versa. Here are the possible heroes that makes sense pairing up with Frostbear as war pet:

Madeline

is the first source of shield that comes into mind and she is indeed the perfect match with Frostbear since this will give you a good bunch of extra damage automatically

Best Build

Theia

is also a good match with Frostbear but reality makes it a less effective pairing with Frostbear since first of all, her shield is lower and that is the factor for the damage and, most importantly, she is not designed to tank like Madeline so the damage output you get here is significantly lower as you won't get hit by that much

Eliana

also provides a shield but the factor is a lot lower so this is more a starting synergy as you won't bring a Eliana to fully tank after that
