Best Sand Lizard Pet Build (Skill, Attributes, Pairings) in Call of Dragons

With war pets in Call of Dragons you have a very tough task as you can have literally countless variations of attributes and skills on them, so I decided to make a in-depth build guide to show you what heroes to pair Sand Lizard with, what skills works well (and not just the very best ones that ony 1% of players are able to have), what attributes you should go for before building a copy of Sand Lizard and some background that you should know.

Best Attributes

So, when you roll a fresh copy of your pet, the attributes you can potentially get when maxing it out are assigned randomly between the possibilities – but the attributes are normally also the multiplicators for the skills and talent so also important. So you can easily have a legendary Sand Lizard but with pretty useless attributes and it will still, even with the perfect skills on it, only perform at like 50% of the potential.

Here are the three most important attributes you’re looking for:

Intelligencehas to be as high as possible as this determines the healing factor of the main skill, so obviously this has to be the first thing to check. If that is not very high, don't build that copy of Sand Lizard!

Agilityleft alone for the Hasty Stone Aura skill you have to put on the Sand Lizard as this will make the healing occur faster

Strengthis also used on several skills I recommend, espcially the ones for counterstriking so this should at least abe in the mid-range

You don’t have to neccessarily build the Sand Lizard towards healing as you will run him with close-range heroes that take hits, so scaling up counterattack and hitting back will also grant you a nice damage output at the end that will make it worth it.

Best Heroes Synergies

Alright, here comes the important part, because having a great war pet is nothing when not using it with the right heroes and vice versa. Here are the possible heroes that makes sense pairing up with Sand Lizard as war pet:

Maggrat

has incredible synergy with Sand Lizard due to the fact that the healing of Sand Lizard can trigger her skill chance

Garwood

is a super sturdy tank that gets hit but also heals, so you can use him with Sand Lizard to become a healing battery for other close legions and build Sand Lizard towards counterstrike so he can gain some nice damage output espcially when swarmed

is always in the middle of it, espcially when you pair her with another legion that is close so you can turn her into a healing battery with Sand Lizard

is also a tanky infantry hero so for the same reasons as Garwood and Nika she works fine with Sand Lizard

as marksman doesn't have the craziest range so turning him into a healer with Sand Lizard is not the worst you can do
