You really want to run him all archers in garrison to really make use of hs kit
Best Commander Pairing for Choe Yeong
Zenobia in an artifact KvK where you can make her archer that is incredibly crazy. But even if not, you miss out a bit here and there when running all archers but they are still the best garrison pairing (See full build here).
Heraclius also a really good pairing with a little missed when not using mixed troops but still working really well (See full build here).
Shajar al-Durr at first appears to be the slam-dunk pair but honestly there is not much garrison synergy so not really my favorite pairing here (See full build here).
Gorgo the kits kind of work but also there is a lot not really working together… I think most part of why this is working so well is because they are individually strong not because of synergy (See full build here).
Dido I am not the biggest fan although first look they seem to synergize well but then you have so much like skill damage relevance on Dido. They are just not designed for each other (See full build here).
