Yes, part of her skill is about archers but honestly you will run her pretty much exclusively in canyon anyway…
Best Commander Pairing for Shajar al-Durr
Ashurbanipal is the most reasonable pairing here with her. I know that Hermann Prime or Zhuge would be better, but there is literally not a single reasonable point to do that unless to make this pairing here about the pairing itself. So, inr eality you really would never pair her with Zhuge or Hermann Prime which makes Ashurbanipal the ideal pairing for her (See full build here).
Boudica (Prime) she is a archery commander with healinng, so naturally both heroes share a high synergy and finally Boudica Prime could deal some damage here (See full build here).
Trajan with the Herbalist skill node that imrpoves healing by 9% makes this a pretty crazy pairing, even though I am not sure if that affects the true damage she deals as well (See full build here).
