Good Synergies with Shuri

High-Power Cards

in general work well with Shui as you can double their power simply by playing them and playing down Shuri wll tell your opponent what you're up to, but at this point there's not much to do to avoid that

Red Skull

is a great card to play on top of Shuri as you will still have the ongoing effect of Red Skull that will give your opponent up to +8 power for that location, but with Red Skull having 26 power himself that's not making much of a difference

is another card like Red Skull that will become a 20 power card through Shuri and a nice backup to play if you can't play Red Skull for whatever reason
