The BEST Galactus Decks in MARVEL SNAP

marvel snap best galactus decks

Are you looking for a deck that you can play with Galactus in it in Marvel Snap? Galactus can open up some interesting possibilities so I feel you will like this guide here – please mind, this guide here is getting the good decks directly from my popular meta decks list and gets updated each time I update my meta decks (at last once or twice per week), so you will never find any outdated decks here that are not flagged as old and outdated.

Is Galactus A Good Card in MARVEL SNAP?

As a 6-cost card with low power himself, you need to play Galactus with other cards to win the match but simply destroying the other two locations is a really strong more and there are several strong cards that make powerful synergies with Galactus..

Galactus in the current meta: You see Galactus appearing more and more frequently and there are tells what’s happening and a Galactus doesn’t necessarily mean you win (as the player of the card) or lose (as the opponent), but paired with the strong synergy cards there’s only little to do against him. The only thing that limits Galactus right now is basically that he is predictable so your opponent can disrupt and you will not get many payoffs as opponents retreat most of the matches after you played Galactus..

Good Synergies with Galactus

Psylocke make a good Turn 4 play so you can play Galactus on Turn 5 with the extra energy. Read more about playing Psylocke here.
Electro is the most important enabler card for Galactus so you can play him on Turn 5 with the extra energy you have and then win the match with a strong Turn 6 card. Read more about playing Electro here.
Wave is another great enabler card for Galactus and played on Turn 4 she lets you play Galactus on Turn 5. I wouldn’t use her on Turn 3 to make Galactus available as this will give your opponent more time to react on Turn 5 and Turn 6 or retreat to get out of the situation cheaply. Read more about playing Wave here.
Shang-Chi is very versatile with Galactus for several situations. As a 4-cost card you can free up a location that your opponent already filled to play Galactus in or (with the initiative on Turn 6) simply crush whatever high power your opponent is dropping. Read more about playing Shang-Chi here.
Doctor Octopus is with Electro a great Turn 4 play to pull more than half of the opponents hand to a location and mess up his cards badly. With Galactus on Turn 5 you then destroy that location and he needs a ton of luck to have a good card left for a Turn 6 play comeback. Read more about playing Doctor Octopus here.
Hobgoblin is great if you want to snipe with Galactus on Turn 6, so pick a location where your opponent has several cheap cards and lower power, place Hobgoblin on Turn 5 there to keep your location clean and stuff up his location and then drop Galactus on Turn 6. It’s situational but a nice combo to pull. Read more about playing Hobgoblin here.
Death is an incredible pair with Galactus as she will become a 0-cost card for the last turn if you manage to play Galactus before Turn 6 as all cards in the other locations are destroyed by Galactus and reduce her costs – and normally on Turn 5, where you see Galactus is played most of the time, there’s 8 cards on the board to destroy. Read more about playing Death here.
Knull works in the same way as Death but instead of reducing cost, he will gain all the combined power of all cards that Galactus destroyed so he can be easily 30-40 power on Turn 6. Read more about playing Knull here.
Nimrod is a great card to play along Galactus as you can destroy him and gain one copy in Galactus location already, making a Galactus play on Turn 6 nor the worst choice. Read more about playing Nimrod here.

  • Galactus DeathA
This deck is really frustrating to deal with for your opponent as you will try to use your Elektro or Wave to draw into your Galactur before Turn 5 and then ruin basically the whole locations except one that will show down on the last turn. Nothing your opponent built up until that will count and you can catch him pretty off guard with it. If you play Doctor Octopus before Galactus and basically empty your opponents hand or Leech to block all enemy cards' abilities. Very strong and easy to play.Future Prediction: Still a viable deck to run and the only Galactus deck that makes sense running in the higher ranks, espcially now that Death being a little cheaper you can get more alternative lanes. How to play this deckMore Destroy Decks
  • Negative Galactus
Through Mister Negative you can cheaply unlock the strong combo lines in this deck, but be prepared to retreat if lines don't fall into your favor. Can work great but also fail miserably making it a exciting, effective but also rng deck.Future Prediction: We'll see how reliable this deck sustains with the way Galactus is predictable but right now you can win well if you see your retreat/snap spots well. How to play this deck
  • Iron Galactus
Using Howard to get more insights on what Iron Lad will be doing and how your potential Galactus play will turn out, this Galactus deck gains more stability in draw linesFuture Prediction: As all Galactus decks it requires you to snap and retreat at the right time to make overall cube gains. How to play this deck
  • Galactus Kang
A great deck that uses Kang to place your Galactus perfectly fine at the end and take over the gameFuture Prediction: We'll see where this will go but Kang makes Galactus perform a lot more reliable so I assume we will see him more in the next weeksHow to play this deck
  • Negasonic Galactus
Use the calssic Galactus lines along Negasonic Teenage Warhead to defend your lead in the location you played Glactus inMeta Dependency: Like any Galactus deck this depends a lot how well Galactus performs and how much you enjoy playing GalactusHow to play this deck
  • Nimrod Destroy
Revolve around using your negative Goblin cards to clogg up one location of your opponent to play Galactus in on Turn 6. Then play Nimrod in another location, ideally scaling him up through Shuri and use Wolverine as well on the right location or the lcoation left of Galactus to make sure he will jump into it.Meta Dependency: Can be quite predictable with the Goblins, Wolverine, Nimrod down, but with ARnim Zola, you still have a backdoor to play on Turn 6 if Galactus doesn't seem to do the trick. How to play this deck
