Purifying Flame Guide (Voyage of Wonders)

The new realm in Voyage of Wonders is coming and it’s called Purifying Flame and it has one of the most beautiful maps that we’ve seen in a while (at least in my opinion) and, although it starts right before Christmas, it has, surprisingly, no Christmas or Winter theme.

As always, I won’t spoil anything about the storyline of Purifying Flame in my guide so you can read through everything, including the walkthrough, without giving away the chance to experience the full realm and the storyline.

The whole realm is pretty straightforward and has some smaller quests that are aligned into the storyline that take you through the realm and let you collect all the chests.

Speaking of the final Crystal Chests, the main reward is 5000x Diamonds along with the shards, coins and event items:

Long debate if Time Emblems, Stargazer Cards or Diamonds are better, I think with that amount of Diamonds basically for free is nothing to complain too much about…

Purifying Flame Walkthrough

As always, you will find a full walkthrough for the realm here. With that being said, let’s not waste any more time and jump right into the walkthrough for Purifying Flame.

Step 1 – right at the start, you will kick off with a conversation with Raine and Walker that starts the storyline of Purifying Flame (1). The camp turns into a camp and you will have to beat your first battle before you can light up the Powder keg to unblock the path to your first Golden Chest (2).

Step 2 – now follow the path towards the city to the right and talk to the next storypoint (1) that you then have to follow and talk to the other people, too (2):

Step 3 – after all the talking in the city, go to the next Powder Keg (1) and light it up and you will get teleported to a different location and need to fight through some camps. The walk back into the city and inspect the broken bridge tile (2) to get the next mini quest to proceed the storyline of Purifying Flame:

Step 4 – talk to the Chief’s House, it will get marked with a question mark, and then leave the city towards north and fight through he camp there (1) and the turn right and beat the boss camp (2) there as well:

Step 5 – now light up the Powder Key (1) and also use the green Lever (2) as well:

Step 6 – clear the enemy camp behind the green stone that is now lowered and collect the available Golden Chests, too. Follow the path there and light up the next Pwder Keg (1) and then use the green lever once more (2):

Step 7 – follow the path to the right now and at the end inspect the Cottage (1) and there will be some camps appearing. You also need to collect the first Crystal Chest of Purifying Flame here now and fight through the camps. The follow the path up and use the yellow lever, then red lever and then yellow lever once more:

Step 8 – now you can follow the path up north further and fight through some camps and don’t forget to collect all the Golden Chests you see before you can light up the Powder Keg on the yellow stone (1). Then use the red lever once more and light up the Powder Keg on the red stone, too (2):

Step 9 – interact with the farmer now (1) and follow the path south until you see the next Powder Keg to light up (2):

Step 10 – following the path you will see a camp popping up that you have to fight through before you can interact with the Forest Cabin (1) to proceed the storyline of the Purifying Flame realm. A couple of boss camps will pop up and you need to fight through them and then talk to the major (2):

Step 11 – a portal will pop up and you can go through it (1). You will discover a load of boss camps popping up that you need to destroy to get the final Crystal Chest, but there’s no reason to fight them one-by-one, simply light up the Powder Keg there (2) and you will see them disappear and the final camp showing up.
