Best Troop Types
Does work well with infantry and is best used with infantry. Not crazy locked-in there but I recommend running him with infantry
Best Hero Pairing for Kuma
Lei Kuan is abviously the best pairing since they are released together and this is a magic law in Call of Dragons that the heroes that are released with each other go together like traffic and weather. The cross-synergy here, even when just used for open field, is extremely strong (See full build here).
Skogul with diffused counterattack damage is also a really strong pairing here with him (See full build here).
Hosk goes but is not the bad slam dunk you might think, they are just not too similar when goes into the deep ends of their skills (See full build here).
Goresh works as well but also is not really all too great along him like the other heroes listed above (See full build here).

Best Pet Synergies For Kuma (NEW)

Best Builds For Kuma
Below you will find the talent tree builds for Kuma that make sense when running as the primary commander in any legion in Call of Dragons. Please also refer to the description below each talent tree as I explain a general route on how you should spend your talents there + some additional background for each talent build that I very likely will appreciate.
This is probably the full-blood infantry openf ield build to use for running him in the open field. Merciless without anything to compromise on.
A more balanced talent build honestly that I personally like a tad more since it gives just a rounder and lower maintenance performance overall
