Severus Snape Echo – What Is There To Know?
Severus Snape as echo doesn’t rely on you playing certain decks (like Harry likes low-cost spell decks, Hermione spell-cycle decks, Hagrid and Newt like summon-heavy decks, etc.), Snape echoes will basically randomly replace your basic attack with the Sectum Sempra spell, dealing a lot of damage, especially to targets with higher health.
He is one of the easiest-to-use echoes as you don’t have to cycle certain cards or mind certain patterns – just randomly you get a 4-cost MP spell casted for free automatically for you.
You can still get more out of it by running companions like Kevin who also adds more damage to basic attacks or cards that will summon copies of you (but more on that n the deck section below)
Is Severus Snape A Strong Echo?
As Snape is not tied to certain archetype of decks (spell cycle, summon spam, etc.) he can perform with many decks and always has some decks that do well in the meta in Harry Potter magic Awakened.
