Can be great with Bellatrix Echo to get the ticks in to trigger the echo but also against summon decks and in PvE a flexible and solid card to run - also if you combine with control spells to hold them it deals quite some damage.

Strong card in a snipe or bounce deck and especially in PvP makes a full archetype of deck - but you need to build the deck for it, just having it and spamming it will not work well with it..
