Thor Lockjaw Evo Deck Guide – MARVEL SNAP

Starting with your cheap cards you can either start populating the locations and gain some advatage to built up and Thor helps a lot by generating his Hammer that you can then draw through Jane Foster, feed into Lockjaw to scale up Thor and then Lockjaw rotates into something more powerful. THis deck is really powerful once you can get your combo lined up but also be ready to retreat if things aren’t going your way as don’t have the craziest backdoor. Still, sometimes you can still win a match even without that Thror, Jane Foster, Mjolnir, Lockjaw into Infinaut rotation.

In this guide you’ll learn everything about the Lockjaw Thor Evo deck, including some replacements, and what lines to play and everything else you need. If you want to see what decks are crushing the meta right now in MARVEL Snap, please refer to my weekly updated meta decks guide here.

Card Strategy for the Lockjaw Thor Evo Deck

Wasp is the perfect card to feed into Lockjaw if you don’t have any other option and can rotate into something like an America Chavez or even more powerful easily – and with High Evolutionary you even gain the reveal effect to reduce any opponent card’s power by -1 when you play her. Spider-Ham gains a ton of value here as you have an additional card to cycle with Lockjaw and each time messing up a card of your opponent is a great treat with a ton of value potential. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Spider-Ham here.
Lockjaw is the key card here and the one that rotates your cheap cards for more powerful cards. Still, if you don’t have him in your hand you can still find your win condition through Thor, or one of the high-power cards. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Lockjaw here.
Thor shuffles his 0-cost hammer into your deck that you aim to play into Lockjaw. This will scale Thor up and then Lockjaw rotates the hammer into something more powerful. With Jane Foster you can reliably draw the hammer for Turn 6. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Thor here.
Jubilee is a small backup Lockjaw to draw a higher-power card when you don’t have Lockjaw by Turn 4 to get some of that power on the board. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Jubilee here.
High Evolutionary activates the reveal effects of Wasp and Hulk which makes this deck a lot stronger and you can potentially play him, but most of the times you have way better options on Turn 4. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with High Evolutionary here.
Jane Foster Mighty Thor is the card you use to pull out Thor’s hammer (plus Wasp) so you can drop them into Lockjaw and basically draw to other cards in for 0 energy plus buff up Thor. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Jane Foster Mighty Thor here.
Doctor Doom can be a great card to pull on the board with Jubilee or Lockjaw through a low-cost card or even if you keep good track of the cards in your deck on Turn 6 into Lockjaw to get the Doom Bots and trade into a high power card. Also amazing against lockdown decks when you can reach into a locked lane with him. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Doctor Doom here.
Odin has decent power but can also re-trigger Jubilee, Thor’s Hammer or Doctor Doom on the last turn if it fits the situation on the board. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Odin here.
America Chavez helps to draw into your other cards more reliably plus a great card to always sit in the deck for Lockjaw pulls. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with America Chavez here.
Hulk scales up through High Evolutionary activating his ability but can also be a great card to pull through Lockjaw, or Jubilee. Also as you always will skip Turn 1 and Turn 2, he always becomes at least a 16-power card. Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Hulk here.
Magneto is a great card to have either for the power along when trading through Lockjaw or pulling with Jubilee – or just play him actively if you want to free up some location and mess around with your opponent’s cards (espcially in the current meta with many 3-cost cards you will always find ways to disrupt). Find more decks and synergy cards to play with Magneto here.
