When building your Ionic flagship in Foundation Galactic Frontier, you have several options when it comes to heroes and components so I wanted to write this guide here to give you a clear ideal what is important to do.

Best Ship for your Ionic Flaghip in Foundation Galactic Frontier
The damage type in ships can be changed!
Most players don’t see that as your ships as you unlock them will get assigned Beam (Gram), Ionic (Demerzel) and Kinetic (Opportunity) and then still continue that, but you can easiy change that by changing the core of your ship and then your Demerzel can be Beam, your Gram can be Kinetic and your Opportunity Ionic if you want to!
As you see, every ship can be everything so it comes down the the ship skills which synergize best with Ionic mechanics and the heroes and here is priority of the ships that work best for building this team:
Best Heroes for your Ionic Ship
Jodie Beart is the perfect hero for the first slot here as she has a passive that will also increase further damage so you want her to activate that before the other heroes take their turns – Ajita doesn’t necessarily have to be in second slot but I like her there as the earlier he gets her heal out the better and since she has a full formation buff as well, you want to activate that early on – Lily is the big bang here with her buffed up explosions she deals a ton of damage before you can start recycling through the skill chain of your heroes here
This is the ideal setup for your flagship that is designed for ion damage
Possible alternative heroes:
Phade is a alright substitution here for Ajita and pretty much his whole kit is the epic version with lower impact than her – To see all alternative heroes you can possibly swap into this flagship setup, please support us on Patreon.

There is quite a number of options here but also keep in mind that skill order plays a huge role here when combining your heroes (e.g. you don’t want a hero that increases damage dealt to use the skill after the main DPS hero dealt damage etc.)
