Ryan Exclusive Weapon
His kit is not that straightforward as he is a hybrid attacker between direct damage and his bleed. The thing is he needs to use his active skill to enter his Impulse mode where he can actually deal bleed damage to the target and he will exit that mode 5 turns later again when he runs his active skill again. so you need to build him between that with Effect Hit and normal damage output or he will be quite squishy in his total damage output and you actually need his Exclusive Level 3 to really make him work as a decent damage dealer.
Best Gear & Stats for Ryan
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
