The recommended emblem build recommendations you can find in the game are quite generic, here is the emblem build that I recommend:

Moloch Exclusive Weapon

Moloch has burn damage but the interesting part here is that he deals that as stages damage during his attacks not through applying the burn debuff, which makes a huge difference in building him. In terms of his Exclusive Weapon, I recommend his Level 2 so his meteors will trigger more often, his Exclusive Level 3 is noce for extra damage in a burn team but not 100% neccessary.
