Flame Darklord Build

Flame Darklord has the ability to deal area damage with burn and at the same time restore his own health by a percentage of damage dealt – so, dealing more damage means more healing for him which makes him a nasty hero to deal with.

Talents

Revive is probably the best talent choice here as Flame Darklord deals quite some damage and at the same time heals himself, so it will be not easy for the enemies to kill him – and with revive he will come back when they manage to do so and they have to do the same again .

Silent Cover is another interesting option here as you will gain a flat damage reduction that helps keeping Occultist alive on the battlefield but also the silence when he gets attacked is something that can work out well enough to make it worth running .

Insignias

Ancient Insight not for the immunity ignoring effect but for the flat damage reduction that helps making Occultist a lot more reliable on the battlefield .

Fairy Circle is an alternative insignia to use to increase critical damage, just like Ancient Insight. It is a more progressed one and normally player with access to it use it on stronger heroes but if you can run both together, the self-healing and crit damage will go through the roof .
