marvel snap best wong decks

Are you looking for a deck that you can play with Wong in it in Marvel Snap? Wong can open up some interesting possibilities so I feel you will like this guide here – please mind, this guide here is getting the good decks directly from my popular meta decks list and gets updated each time I update my meta decks (at last once or twice per week), so you will never find any outdated decks here that are not flagged as old and outdated.

Is Wong A Good Card in MARVEL SNAP?

Use Wong to scale up reveal effect cards by triggering them multiple times and make their performnace scale up.

Wong in the current meta: Depends and always seems to find a way into some meta decks – although he can be easily countered by disruptive move cards and Enchantress..

Good Synergies with Wong

Mystique can gain Wongs ability when played on top of him so you can potentially get the following reveal effect triggered four times when you play a reveal card after them in their location. Read more about playing Mystique here.
Odin can re-trigger twice. So you play Wong and any 5-cost or lower reveal card (e.g. White Tiger or Black Panther) to already gain the reveal effect to trigger twice. Then drop Odin on Turn 6 there and retrigger those effect another time twice through Wong, making the reveal effect trigger four times in total. Read more about playing Odin here.
Black Panther normally becomes a 8-power crd when played but if you play him into Wong he will become a 16-power card which is really great for the energy he costs (and can be either scales twice through Mystique or Odin to become a 32-power card). Read more about playing Black Panther here.
White Tiger spawns more of her 7-power Tiger copies with Wong and if you use Mystique/Odin along them, you can flood the board with 7-power cards. Read more about playing White Tiger here.
Hazmat can trigger more often and as she can deduct up to 4 power for each location for your opponent, removing .-2 power for each card when played into Wong is really strong (but run her with Luke Cage or you will also lose that amount of power). Read more about playing Hazmat here.
Ironheart buffs up random cards and played into Wong makes some great +12 power in total ont he board. It’s random but still a great synergy and value for the energy cost. Read more about playing Ironheart here.
Gambit can be used to destroy even more cards of your opponent (espcially when re-triggering with Odin) – also mind that gambit still destroys enemy cards even if your hand is empty and he can’t discard any more cards at the end. Read more about playing Gambit here.
Hit Monkey can immediately become double as powerful and you can turn him esily into a 20-power card in the last turn played into Wong along dropping multiple other cards. Read more about playing Hit Monkey here.

  • Negative ZabuB+
Turn all those 0-power cards with strong abilities with Mister Negative into free cards to play and scale it up through Wong , leaving you a ton ofpossibilities for your last turnFuture Prediction: Still a niche deck to run as you rely heavily on making Mister Negative pop well and then flood the board - depends on the draw lines so be ready to retreat at the right times to gain cubes in the long run.How to play this deck
  • Electro Sandman RampB
I love this deck a lot as you can play it two ways, either by using Electro to reduce your cards cost and then use Wave as well to get a grat final push where you can drop two 6-cost cards or you use Electro to be able to play 5-cost and 6-cost cards on earlier. You can use Leech on Turn 4 to already block your opponents abilities and with your 6-cost cards you always be able to find a win condition on the last turn.Future Prediction: With Spider Ham Electro Ramp can be played successfully although not as strong as it used ot be quite a while ago. The reason it still performs is Wave as you can really mess up the combo lines of Bounce archetype decks right nowHow to play this deckMore Control Decks
  • Negative Galactus
Through Mister Negative you can cheaply unlock the strong combo lines in this deck, but be prepared to retreat if lines don't fall into your favor. Can work great but also fail miserably making it a exciting, effective but also rng deck.Future Prediction: We'll see how reliable this deck sustains with the way Galactus is predictable but right now you can win well if you see your retreat/snap spots well. How to play this deck
  • Negative Surfer
This deck works with many cards that have great effects but lower power themselves, so using cards like Bast and Mister Negative) to turn that around. Also has a ton of 3-cost cards that you can buff up with Silver Surfer in the end and if you can get Mister Negative on Iron Man you have a crazy push for one location that almost always wins it for you.Future Prediction: Still looking alright with some minor changes each season but Mister Negative turns low-power cards with strong abilities into cheap cards and this makes this deck really viable and strong. How to play this deck
  • Silver Surfer (Classic)
This is one of the classic Silver Surfer decks taht uses a lot of 3-cost cards to flood the board and then scale them up through Silver Surfer at the last turn.Future Prediction: Surprising comeback of this traditional Silver Surfer decks as many 3-costs cards are very strong right now so this is a fused Good-Cards archetype deck with strong 3-costs cards and then Silver Surfer as the cherry on top that holds everything together. How to play this deck
  • Negative Monkey
Using Mister Negative to manipulate high-cost cards with mutual low power to become cheap cards to drop along Hit Monkey ideally as free card at the last turn.Future Prediction: Starter Deck for playing the Hit Monkey Season, so no data so far how well this deck will perform in the meta. How to play this deck
  • Spectrum Wong
basically all cards here have ongoing abilities you can boost with Spectrum on the last turn, but with Iron Man, Wong and Mystique, chances are very high that you can even double that to all like 8 power to each location and taking over.Future Prediction: less meta deck now, espcially with the control decks taking up more space in the meta but still a deck for early P3 players to start put and push to a decent rank. How to play this deck
  • Wide Wong Black Panther
Early in a match you will try to lock down locations you have cards in that you can buff up with on reveal effects. The good part here is that you have White Tiger, Arnim Zola and Doctor Doom to reach into those locations easily later. Getting Wong down means basically you can double any card played after and they are strong and multiply and snowball heavily. If you don't pull Wong into your hand you're still able to use Black Panther, White Tiger, Arnim Zola or Doctor Doom and with Odin you still can double their on reveal by triggering it once more and having decent power as well.Future Prediction: I will remain this deck here as it doesn't seem it got affected by the recent balancing changes muchHow to play this deckMore Black Panther Decks
  • Gambit Erasor
Use multiple cards along Gambit to completely wipe out all the cards your opponent playedMeta Dependency: Not a meta deck but in the right hands with an experienced player, thsi deck can make a lot of funHow to play this deck
