Elmir Glyph & Skin Priority – Hero Wars Mobile Version
For the Mobile version of Elmir it’s similar, the penetration might cap early if you have the artifacts so take the attack from the Winter skin first and the agility from the Default skin. From here go this priority.
And here is my recommended priority for Elmir’s glyps:

For the Browser version of Elmir you normally want to go penetration but his artifacts are loaded so you might cap so I’d take the Winter skin first and the Default as well before going into the Cybernetic skin. The others only provide dodge so not the highest priority for an average player
