With war pets in Call of Dragons you have a very tough task as you can have literally countless variations of attributes and skills on them, so I decided to make a in-depth build guide to show you what heroes to pair Stripebear with, what skills works well (and not just the very best ones that ony 1% of players are able to have), what attributes you should go for before building a copy of Stripebear and some background that you should know.

Best Attributes

So, when you roll a fresh copy of your pet, the attributes you can potentially get when maxing it out are assigned randomly between the possibilities – but the attributes are normally also the multiplicators for the skills and talent so also important. So you can easily have a legendary Stripebear but with pretty useless attributes and it will still, even with the perfect skills on it, only perform at like 50% of the potential.

Enduranceis used on so many skills I recommend here that it is the second attribute you really have to go after when building this war pet

The improved talent is really not that impressive and as you take this pet with a legion that gets healed, it’s normally a tank legion so everything that improves that will help.

Best Heroes Synergies

Alright, here comes the important part, because having a great war pet is nothing when not using it with the right heroes and vice versa. Here are the possible heroes that makes sense pairing up with Stripebear as war pet:

Garwood

as a healing main tank infantry hero is the most obvious synergy with Stripebear so you will gain more HP whenever a healing effect occurs and is probably the most recommended one here

Indis

also goes well with Stripebear but in terms of use-case and what it takes to invest into a full Stripebear to just run it with her is questionable. Although when you use her as secondary commander the effect will still work

also has healing. She is not a great hero that has any place in the meta at any point in the game but for completeness here she works with Stripebear
