Rune Master Build

Rune Master can block enemies from gaining energy and delay the special abilities while self-buffing his own energy recovery so he can block multiple enemies from gaining energy again and again

Talents

Revive is one obvious useful talent as taking out Rune Master is a high priority for most enemy setups to get rid of the energy-blocking ability. Getting the revive is very valuable as you basically can keep him applying his energy-debuffs longer .

Revitalize grants an immediate boost of energy at the start of battle, allowing heroes to use their skills right away and potentially gain an early advantage over the enemy and as Rune Master blocks multiple enemies from gaining energy this is a very useful one .

Insignias

Blood Barrier helps Rune Master gain a shield that adds another layer of pretection against enemies that try to take him out quickly and let him stay on the battlefield longer .

Winged Rebirth will give Rune Master another run onthe battlefield once he gets killed, which plain sustains his time on the battlefield blocking enemies from gaining energy to trigger their skills .
