Jewellee is not in for the damage (she deals some but that’s not the point), she blocks healing really well (in all means, even converting damage dealt into HP) and also takes that amount during her skill duration so healing will deal additional damage to the enemy targets which makes her a crazy hero against support/healing-heavy setups.
