Scorch is a great talent on Infernal Jailer as you have a chance to negate all damage when attacked + his ability makes it really hard to burst him and improves his survivability. You want to make it as hard as possible to take him out and this is the way to go .
Healing Riposte along Scorch is the dream-team to make him do his job in eating time from the clock while holding up all enemies .

Winged Rebirth is the best Insignia on Infernal Jailer because getting how down is super slow and takes a lot of effort and then he is back up which is perfect for his kit and role as defensive clock-eater .
