Evil Eye Build

Evil Eye deals significant damage and heals himself for each target he hits based on his own max HP, a damage dealer with decent self-sustain with a built-in damage cap so he can’t get bursted easily as damage per hit can’t exceed 10% of his max HP

Scorch is a great talent on Evil Eye as you have a chance to negate all damage when attacked + his ability with the damage cap makes it really hard to burst him and improves his survivability and let him burst his own damage .

Survival is the alternative talent that will let him negate all damage which works well if you’re not into Scorch (for whatever reason). Scorch is active all the time, which I personally like more than Survival with the timed/cooldown trigger .

Blood Barrier is the insignia you really should run here as it will not only reduce the damage Evil Eye gets per attack, it also will give immunity which helps a lot the way his mechanics work on the battlefield .

Ancient Insight also provides damage reduction but less than Blood Barrier and you will use it on so many other heroes I reather re ommend Blood Barrier here along any other insignia .

Enchantments

Healing Ritualwill not only raise his HP pool by a lot (along the damage reduction that is really strong - it will also grant healing of 10% of his max HP when he attacks. So, he can't suffer more than 10% of max HP damage by his ability and heal by 10% when attacking himself so unless he gets swarmed he is basically unvincible in 1-on-1 situations

Holy Convictionis an alternative enchantment that I see frequently as well. I personally feel healing Ritual is by far more reliable but you can also run him like this
