Celestica Build
Dealing damage in a straight line which is not the craziest but overall still really good – the confusion effect on one enemy that will make them cast thri skills against their own team/buff your team instead of their team is really strong

Revive is simply the best choice here to get her back once you struggled keeping alive, which can totally happen with her .
Revitalize increases the starting energy of Celestica at the start of the battle so you can use the confusion early on to steal a strong skill from the enemy team before they will use their skills .
Insignias

Ancient Insight works great as you will reduce the damage recieved heavily but also it frequently ignores immunity effects that are so common right now. You can basically keep Celestica alive longer and at the same time deal with immunity effects .
Winged Rebirth can give Celestica another try and although you will only get 30%, she can start dealing her skill with confusion more often. I personally like Ancient Insight more if you don’t have it available this is also a solid choice .
