This above i can not understand. Why i can not level up all the artifacts to the same level.
Because it can get prohibitively expensive. This is really a game of resource management because it is literally impossible to allocate full resources to everything in a short amount of time. Therefore you have to pick and choose what stats are most important to your strategy. Many times stats overlap, so you want to choose where you want to level it- glyph, skin or artifact, for example. Later you can work toward filling out the areas that got less attention earlier. Eventually you will want each artifact equally leveled and above 100 for your main heroes. But this strategy outlined here is good for starting, to get your main five as competitive as possible as quickly as possible. I just started the game in mid May, and on my server (which is comprised of newer players) I ascended to #1 in the Arena in less than 4 weeks using this method. It works.
