Burst Team
This team is for quite burst damage, designed to take down any enemy team before they can build up energies and simply get rid of core enemies quickly:

AoE Sustain Team
This is a very balanced team setup that can stand against damage quite a while and AoE damage enemies well.

Debuff DoT
This team is my personal favorite and works best against all kinds of sturdy bosses or enemies where damage over time will have a cruel effect.
Joker | Scarecrow | Bane | Poison Ivy | Two Face
If you want your can replace Two Face with The Penguin, this also works well here
Crit Damage Team
A damage-focused team that is desnigned to crit and deal as much damage as possible
Nightwing | Robin | Red Hood | Red Robin | Batgirl
If you want you can switch in Batman instead of Robin
