Please mind a few things for the tier list below that I changed recently to make it more valuable:

• removed epic heroes altogether. They have been more useful in the open beta but every player since goal launch knows they only feed shards
• use the “details” link on every hero to see the rankings for Campaign, PvP and Combat Cycle to see which modes a hero is really useful in
• Mythic heroes are your long-term goal in DC Dark Legion. I know early on legendaries are better since you can unlock their full kit fast and some actually carry a while but as soon as level deficits get higher, even a 3-Star mythic has better core stats that scale more. Keep that in mind and don#t over-invest into your legendaries as they will not be the ones that will carry you later

Super overpowered and for most players incredibly hard to get to 5-Star without spending around USD 500 or more. I mean what should I say here how overpowered he is, how whales need him to continue to compete? He is so out of reach for 99% of the players that it makes little sense to write a straight up skill description here and pretent he is a hero like the others. Funplus started doing that in their other games as well with special rarity heroes that are incredible overpowered and super expensive to even get their full kit unlocked and I think we will see those iconic heroes drop more frequently now (e.g. in Sea of Conquest they have their SP heroes every 2-3 months). Good news is, if you are not a significant spender in the game life goes on and it's not like every other player is running around with Death metal Batman out of a sudden and normally you will be little in contact with players actually that have him well-built so you can continue playing the game as you used to.

The event was super messy but the core here didn't change - you need to invest a high amount of money, and I am talking way upwards of 3-digit here to unlock and build her and in return you get the most insane hero in DC Dark Legion. She is so incredible powerful once you have her skills unlocked and her exclusive, she is so superior you can#t even compare her with the mythical heroes anymore. She is so strong I directly deducted one tier of any other hero straight up since no hero should be ranked in the same tier as she is. Is she amazing? Yes. Should you get her? Be ready to invest a solid 3-digit sum.

With the reworked VIP system she is only obtainable for purchase starting VIP Level 16, that means you probably invested a solid 4-digit amount in the game in total to be able to buy her. He is amazing just for the way he can deal so much damage against high defense character and tanks (and even bosses). And if you plug him into a team that helps him chain crits his additional damage goes through the roof. One of the few characters that honestly will be in the future very valueble still as big parts of his damage is based on target max HP.

The good news is she is really strong in reducing damage, healing and also deals some nice damage as well. But, and here comes the bummer, she needs for sure her legacy piece for that or she will only be mediocre and ideally you want to run her with a solid build Martian Manhunter and Arsenal to unlock that potential. If you do not have them or plan on building them, don't really thing about her too much.

She is nuts honestly if you can build her up skill wise, use her legacy piece and combine her with well-build Superman and other fam heroes. I know, not for most players but with the changes to how you get shards in The Bleed it actually is alright as you probably will be able to unlock her full skills a lot easier now. Should you pull her and build her? Well, if you got Superman at a decent spot from the first banner and you are sitting on quite some shards to unlock her full kit and you will be also ready to pull Krypto in the next banner, you will (espcially if you skipped a few of the recent banners) get a huge upgrade to your roaster. But, as always, you need to build her up and simply pull and plug will not work all too well with her.

Her kit doesn't really have to do much with a guardian honestly, she goes into damage and when she duels it's go-time but she can also be a glass cannon at times and is very rarely a frontline hero that can actually meatshield incoming damage well and against magic teams she is not holding up well at all and get chipped away by AoE damage even.

A couple things about him. First of all, deals a ton of damage espcially when you can build him to crit all over the place. Combine him in a crit-heavy team that has cross-synergy and he will blast. But that also his his big downside actually (espcially when you are a F2P player that doesn#t have all heroes unlocked with their full skills) because he needs that crit heavy team to really work, so that limits him in terms of what teams he can work with and also those heroes and syerngies don't really have much support so the only real case where they shine is in PvP modes where you actually just burst damage through your enemies (the least friendly mode for players not spending significantly) and in Combat Cycle. So, honestly if you stockpiled some Anvils up to pull banner and you are a F2P or low spender, give this some thoughts and maybe skip Nightwing unless you are a fan and you want your bat family lineup running.

Really exciting with the Justice league Dark synergy and the way it does suppress enemy energy. Obviously a more PvP focused hero but will shake things up in the arena and can make some accessible team with Wonder Woman, Zatanna and Constantine which are heroes that many players actually have.

Absolutely light and shadow here and if you can use him with Supergirl he will elevate like crazy. Incredible. If you pulled Supergirl and build here you will have at the point where Superboy is released the strongest pairing running. If not, honestly skip him as there is not much point to build him if you do not build your Superman Family team which requires Superman, Supergirl and Krypto on top of him.

Ranking him is not that easy. his kit does damage which is good but not outstanding and the only thing here that stands out is that he can reduce enemy healing but that is it. Nothing special above that and that brings me to the second part which is the synergy that is primarily Suicide Squad and Weapon Master but that will put him in a team along heroes like Killer Croc and Captain Cold as there are no other synergies out so far which is, looking at your server age when he is released being like 10ish months not really too viable compared to the other teams. Cool character, not bad overall but lacks the amazing team or synergy to really leave a mark (but I am sure The Bleed will offer that soon).

So far, Ra's Al Ghul does sacrifiece so much health himself that even with a good healer you get in trouble with your team and this is where we need that Leage of Asaassins support but you also need a Deathstroke well-built. He is, right now, a powercreep and invest into the future. I mean you can still throw any healer in there but there is right now a spot open in the Leage of Assassins team sothis ranking here is in promise of that missing support hero.

New faction, new archetype with counterattacking but not even enough Outsiders yet to make the passive work. A hero with a lot of potential but needs Arsenal to really roll and whatever Outsider faction heroes we might see in the future. If you want to jump the gun with him I don't think you will regret having and building him but his immediate effect seems rather small at this very point right now unless you do top ladder PvP and compete in the ranks.

Donna Troy... honestly underwhelming. She is not able to really do frontrow and also not really good at dealing damage. Only reason right now is to use her along a Wonder Woman Death Metal which is incredibly expensive to get so the pattern here kind of disappoints when you can build her for free in the event but being useless unless you spend big in the event to get the other hero that makes her worth it.

The helaer for the Superman Family team. He is alright as healer if you look for a good option, but he is not top of the line and building through the event is alright but not too easy to get him to a great point without investing actually money. If you do have Superman, Supergirl and Superboy running in a team, he is THE healer for them since he provides extra traits and Krypto energy on top of his healing and shielding. If not, collect and unlock his kit and have some fun but I don't really see too much point into going wild here building him.

Cool kit and she can heal and also damage and lifedrain through that with a kit that makes her stay alive quite well. The only real put-off here with her is that she swaps the position with, most of the time, a frontline ally through her 3rd skill and that most of the time doesn't end well for her and can make your team collapse. It's alright if you do it manually, but on auto mode she can break matches apart and I found myself biting my hand more than once because of that. The 3rd skill in general is not useful unless you have a setup where an enemy ports into your backrow and then you can use the swap. That's cool and all but most of the times there is no point in that..

Is the mythic version worth the effort? Well, the scalers become better but the only real upgrade you have here is that he is untargetable during his ultimate, which adds a lot to his survivability. And damage is alright but nowhere near the top. he becomes a niche option with the mythic upgrade but that's about it so don't spend any resources, do the mission and once you naturally have the Red Hood duplicates to actually to the upgrade you probably already have a other heroes and teams built..

He is an alright damage dealer and his messing with enemy positions is nice but the reason he is not ranked higher in this tier list is the fact that he draws enemies together (cool to combine with area damage dealer) but also pushed them away (not so cool for that). And he is not the main DPS carry so you need to add more damage dealer with him. That could all be good but then you also have the 4th skill that literally forces him to be used ina. full team of Justice League heroes, what a limitation!.

If you make her synergize well to just pull together enemies and nuke she works well but youhave twobig issues with her why I don'trank her higher. One is that she doesn't have enough sustain to overcome bigger level deficits and if you don't use her as frontline you have to replace one of you beloved backline damage dealers with her which won't work too well neither. If you're on the edge if you should pull her banner or not, I actually think you can skip her and will be fine with that.

The more I test him the more lackluster I find him too be. Like as a frontline there are so much better and easier heroes available that I hardly see the point in building him. But again, new heroes can quickly shift the meta so this one can come out on top easily just not right now. But he as a frontline is useless since he will not do what you expect a frontline hero in DC Dark Legion to do and if you're looking for a damage dealer or support there are way better ones available. He is like the mythical version of Cat Woman.

Honestly one of the weakest mythics right now and I am sure that the meta with new heroes will change that in the future but I recommend collecting his shards, unlock his skills but do not really build him much before he can actually make some useful and powerful synergies. His whole kit with taunting is often a self-destructive mission and he is quite like the mythic version of Atom that will do a lot but then disappear leaving a big whole in your defensive line..

First, he will become more relevant in the future once we see more Outsiders faction heroes. He enables counterattacking, which is specifically Martian Manhunters special so witout him he is just your average damage dealer. Unless you build MM, there is no need to rush Arsenal at this point.

Early on Intimidators aren't that much needed so you will probably not find much value in using her in the earlier stages of DC Dark Legion but that gives you time to unlock her full kit. For later, her scalers aren't the biggest so the percentages she debuffs aren't too impressive so building her shouldn't be something to think about too early.

Pretty good, espcially considering that you will get her as a free starter hero and she can be a secondary tank for a while + once you max her starts, what you automatically will even as a F2P, you will be able to upgrade her to mythic. She went up and down but I feel now with the global launch they have finally balanced her right for healing well enough without being too strong and being able to stay alive. Fantastic support overall and absolutely worth building since she scales allies attack by a multiplier which means that this will work a lot later with a lot stronger heroes as well. She chips good damage earlier but the further you progress, the more she will be the hero to constantly give your team the attack buff. She might not be the hero too use all too much very early until you specizalie your comps more so don't put all resources into her in the first days since she is rather a late bloomer.

Decent character. I think if he lost his suicide bombing ultimate gimmick he would be pretty good. His shrinking skill helps him live and he does decent damage. He is an early cheese character if a chapter is tough but close and you can manually trigger his explosion to get maximum value but I doubt that is enough to really build him if I am honest.
