Not too great against single targets like monsters.

Fortuna as the SP hero for artillery works best in the captain position with the other two heroes here – Long John Silver is such an overpowered hero to have. He is so crazy in terms of dealing damage and suppressing the enemy you want him on whatevery ship honestly – Anjelica Navarro is the perfect fit for this position and elevates Artillery to new heights with the way she synergizes basic attacks into additional synergy with these heroes
This setup here will deal so much damage to any formation that has multiple ships that it is hard to come by, even if they use a strong flagship to keep you busy you will chip a lot of damage to the other ships.

The Ship Parts need to fit the goal you want to achieve with your ship and make also an important part. Don’t just use the highest rarity or leveld ship parts here, use the ones that make the right set and ideally have the correct stats on them.

As soon as you have your set bonus as above ready, it’s time to refine it with ship parts of the right set that has ideally the main stat and 2 sub-stats fitting well. I generally find your recommendations here really good. I think you may have made a mistake in recommending Oscar over Qi Lanting though. I’ve done quite a lot of testing with a 4 star Qi vs maxed out Oscar, and my artillery ships reliably does more damage when I put Qi in the gunner seat. You might want to re-examine your own results here. The difference is quite big, whether due to recent changes or not I can’t say.
