Best Build for Oscar in Sea of Conquest

There are a couple of things to mind when building Oscar in Sea of Conquest to work well in your formations, what ship parts to use, what ships to use with, what stats you need on your ship parts and also what other heroes to pair with.

Withered Heart is probably for most players the more realistic recommendation and works perfectly with the damage archetype and the kit and crew you run Oscar with. Spyglass is probably for most players the more realistic recommendation and works perfectly with the damage archetype and the kit and crew you run Oscar with.

Best Hero Pairing for Oscar

Ophelia benefits from everything that improves her great damage dealing kit with Artillery Damage and as Oscar is a hero in Sea of Conquest that supports Artillery Damage and doesn’t really deal much himself, make them a perfect hero pairing (See full build here).

Chizuru is a tick better than Sharky as First Mate in your Artillery ship and works really wel with Oscar as Gunner unless you have Qi Lanting (See full build here).

Sharky is a great match for the same reasons that Ophelia is a great pairing with Oscar. Ophelia is just a tick stronger but they two (or even better all three of them) work really well together (See full build here).

Jango is only a rare hero but can work great with Oscar along another Artillery Damage dealing hero as he will let Oscar use his active skill that increases damage more frequently and the Artillery Damage dealer can use it more frequently to deal the damage they do (See full build here).

Qi Lanting does deal Artillery Damage you can scale her up with Oscar pretty well (See full build here).

Best Ship Parts

Ship Parts in Sea of Conquest belong to different sets and have random stats on them and although you equip them on your ships, they need to compliment the heroes you*re using. So, when runngin Oscar these are the sets you should aim for:

Every Ship Part, depending on the rarity, will get several attributes that are randomly assigned when collecting it – and they are so important and just the right set means nothing without the fitting stats on it.
