Serena Exclusive Weapon
While her Stealth and Shielding is nice, she is primarily a damage dealer and should be built as that. To make her evolving effect work better you can get her up to Exclusive Level 3 but also Exclusive Level 1 works alright with her kit and everything else is quite optional if you (plan to) excessively use her.
Best Gear & Stats for Serena
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
