Ben Austin Exclusive Weapon
Ben Austin is all about Effect Hit and applying his effects. The donโt have the craziest chances on their own so make sure to get his Effect Hit up as much as possible where you can. I think his Exlcusive Level 2 is the best of them as you will not have the insanest invest and gain the great additional Effect RES buff for allies when he cleanses with his passive. His Level 3 is crazy as it will resets the cooldown if his ultimate doesn#t take the target out but for his kit to work you donโt neccessarily need it (although it makes things a lot smoother with him).
