The recommended emblem build recommendations you can find in the game are quite generic, here is the emblem build that I recommend:

Jeri Exclusive Weapon

Basically you want her to run as fast as possible to reduce enemy turn meter with her basic attack – everything else here is pure bonus but I personally appreciate her Exclusive Level 2 as it helps defending setups that can clean your buffs.

Best Gear & Stats for Jeri

Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
