Bernes Exclusive Weapon

The investment in his Exclusive depends on the ways you use him. He already works great with his Level 1 Exclusive (even without, tbh), but if you use him in runs against bosses, his Exlcusive Level 3 will scale his Basic Attack up. For most players I think his level 1 will be alright, though, as the Level 3 scaling is not the craziest scaler and ‘only’ a solid damage improvement.
