Hertha Exclusive Weapon
Hertha’s kit has several interesting things and upfront she is not a bleeder hero that will scale and consume the layers, she applies up to the 10 layers of bleed and that’s the damage that she deals in most parts so Hit Effect to apply them and Mastery to scale up the bleed damage is very important for her. As far as her Exclusive Level s go, all of them add more layers of Bleed that helps keep her layers of bleed active so all of them are useful but not mandatory as she can also work well as plug-and-play hero, espcially in bleed teams.
Best Gear & Stats for Hertha
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
