Bari Exclusive Weapon
Bari lives from applying burn effects that then hopefully stack up and detonate to trigger his bullet. He scales his Crit DMG already himself over Mastery, so building his sub stats is really interesting with him. Getting his Exclusive Level 1 is almsot mandatory with him and from there the other levels are more bonus.

Please mind since Spirit Beasts are used for the whole team, what I did is test them with typical heroes that you would pair Bari with and then test the Spirit Beasts.
