Looking as his kit his Exlusive Levels are all useful but looking at hw great his overall kit works in the grand matter of things I wouldn’t recommend building him too much here with his exlsuive unless you pull duplicates like crazy

The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
