She is a universally working hero as she buffs important stats on your team which not only just works right now but also is able to grow with new meta, teams and strong heroes organically

Revive is simply the best choice here to get her back once you struggled keeping her alive, which can totally happen with her .
Revitalize increases the starting energy of Flutterfrost at the start of the battle so you can use her ability early on to get your team right on track .
Insignias

Living Armor for sure works best with her, almost as if it is designed to be used with her, honestly .
Fairy Circle is also a working insignia here as you will not only get more max HP), it also grants grants immunity to a fatal blow once. Not the same as a revive but still really strong and makes Flutterfrost a more stable hero in your lineup since her vulnerability of getting focused down is always a bit of a struggle .
