Healing Riposte helps her stay alive a lot and looking at her role you need that here and there and I rather have her stay alive than him being a rng glass cannon .
Revive gives her another shot if you fail to keep her alive and for me that is more important than squeezing the last bit out of her and risk her dying .
Insignias

Ancient Insight with the flat damage reduction helps so much keeping her alive and the frequently inhibit damage-reduction ignoring effect helps dealing with heroes that use that to stay alive .
Winged Rebirth is another solid insignia choice here with her as you can revive her in case he gets killed. Still would prefer Ancient Insight honestly .
