Are you wondering what cookies to actually build and run in CookieRun: Tower of Adventures? Well, they all have unique skills and abilities and also the way you combine them make a huge impact. I tried to make a list that gives you a good indication which ones to focus on to not spend resources on a cookie that will definately not run well later in the game.
Updated! I added Candy Drop Cookie and refined some synergies and teams for cookies.

Which Are The Best Cookies in CookieRun Tower of Adventures?
Without further ado, let’s get right into the list of the cookies in CookieRun Tower of Adventures and how well they work right now:

Cream Soda Cookie
S+
Very good damage dealer and one of the few must-have cookies in the game in my opinion and on top of the leaderboard and paired with Gumball Cookie THE force in CookieRun Tower of Adventures right now.

Lemon Zest Cookie
S+
There are two aspects that I really want you to know here to fully understand the ranking. The first one is the plain ranking of Lemon Zest Cookie, paired along Wizard Cookie an amazing DPS cookie and even able to outshine Cream Soda Cookie. BUT HERE IS THE REALITY! You need a couple copies and also build Wizard Cookie up for theresult of being able to outshine Cream Soda Cookie by a small margin. So, IF you have built your Cream Soda Cookie along Rockstar and Gumball Cookie and they do fine, I don't really see the point why you should further build a Light element team that is also single-target daamage (and Lemon Zest Cookie area abilities are quite low in range so it's basically a single-target DPS cookie). If you entered the game later or skipped building Cream Soda Cookie and the release Water Element team, Lemon Zest along Wizard Cookie is your chance to step back into the meta. Or if you're spending quite some money and don't care, Lemon Zest will outshine the Cream Soda Cookie meta a bit. Also, please understand you need at least 2 more copies to make Lemon Zest Cookie really strong, so simply pulling will not help you very far here..

Massive damage dealer and the ultimate really crushes enemies reliably.

Disclaimer for the ranking, this only applies if you have a good Dark Team, which requires Dark Choco Cookie. Overall Kohlrabi Cookie is strong although the area of effect and the static behavious of his active skills can sometimes really be annoying so be careful to use them or they might go to waste..

Nerfed from beta but still a ton of area damage makes it stand out in CookieRun Tower of Adventures.

The dash is super helpful and she also deals quite some damage overall.

Great area damage dealing cookie but the ranking here depends on your running it along Lemon Zest Cookie, not individually as your primary carry!.

Free for every player that starts out (I think if you pre-registered) - she is incredible as support cookie in your team when you can swap her in, use her ultimate and healing and then switch back and your team is right back on track. Superhelpful in so many situations..

Dark support cookie and she is a great addition if you build Kohlrabi Cookie and you can run her with him along Rockstar. Meta enabling upon release if you do have the cookies required for it. Her kit actually is pretty nice alright the stats are quite weird but the way she loads up even when not active to drop her stuff, do some damage and then switch in your main carry is actually pretty fun and works well.

As a tagger has nice mechanics and damage, like pretty much all earth cookies but so far they are missing that big-bang carry cookie in the earth element that makes them kick off big time. Please note that this ranking here for Cand Drop heavily is on how earth element as meta works and I see a lot potential here once a strong carry cookie for earth is available so pulling if you like it is very unlikely a huge mistake..

A
Doesn't shine like other epic cookies but is for sure a solid one, escially better than the rare ones.

Sting Durian Cookie

Pretty sweet area damage but can't keep up with the top cookies in the game.

Alright area damage but only really working in early game in Cookie Run Tower of Adventures unless you use him as support for Cream Soda Cookie when he applies his RES debuff so she can hit even harder.

Actually really fun and can do damage while not active and if you run or build a fire team you want her actually as for a rare cookie she is pretty nice. Don't epect the meta to change here because of her but she is pretty nice in many situations if combined with other fire cookies to deal damage herself but also buff fire damage output.

She herself is no fun but have her on your team and swap her in to place her turret and then switch back to another cookie in situations when there is a lot of mobs really is helpful. Not crazy strong but also not a bad cookie overall in CookieRun Tower of Adventures..

The poison damage is actually quite helpful in many situations - not a very endgame cookie but absolutely one that you will use in the earlies stages happily..

The truth is, it's an okay support cookie but the fact that every player gets Chamomile Cookie when starting out makes him quite obsolete to level and play.

Nice early but you will unlock better thrower cookies like Alchemist quite soon so don't mind her too long.

Could see her a bit higher ranked but Pistachio Cookie is better and you get an incredible support cookie with Chamomile Cookie for free after playing like 10 minutes, so there is no point in building or even using Angel Cookie. Doesn't mean she is bad, just doesn't really have a use at any point of playing..
