Cold Heir Build

Cold Heir is has a lot to provide that makes him very universal. He deals quite some damage on a random target, but his disarming and inhibit-infliction is more important. Also self-buffs up and then also grants a stacking attack buff on all ally heroes makes him really useful in almost all situations

Talents

Silent Cover is a slam-dunk talent on Cold Heir as you will reduce the damage taken heavily as well as silence the attacker which makes him a great self-sustain support/damage dealer overall .

Empower is an alternative that works well with him to cycle through his skill more frequently and apply his buff/debuff more frequently/with more uptime .

Insignias

Ancient Insight with the flat damage reduction helps so much keeping Cold Heir alive and the frequently inhibit damage-reduction ignoring effect helps dealing with heroes that use that to stay alive so he can snipe them .

Winged Rebirth is another great insignia here with Cold Heir as you can revive him in case he gets killed so you have him back on the battlefield and start sniping against heroes randomly again and buff up your allied heroes with the stacking attack buff he grants .
