Jedi Master Kenobi

Boosts ally mastery and damage immunity plus resets ally cooldown make his incredible versatile and hard to deal with. Easily one of the best characters in the game..
Jedi Master Luke Skywalker

Great leader tank and with the ability to deal true damage based on his protection he is a tough character to get through and with the emergency healing and protection also a very useful character for emergency support in your team..
Lord Vader

Stacks up and then oes powerful attacks and once against setups that debuff him he really charges up..
Rey

Very flexible and the way her cooldown work based on health opens a lot more possibilities with her..
Sith Eternal Emperor

Just a devastating attacker and his ultimate really make him snowball and with his linked effect weakens enemies heavily and overall incredible disruption abilities make the Sith Eternal Emperor one of the strongest characters in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes..
Supreme Leader Kylo Ren

High burstdamage output and some damage immunity plus his ability to steal mastery from enemies make him a god in the arena but overall one of the strongest characters in the game..
Commander Ahsoka Tano

The Force Leap is super powerful and can be used for any king of cheese setups to snowball through an enemy team by herself but also has nice synergies as well.
Darth Malak

Strong Sith Tank with a lot of survivability and the lower the health, the harder to defeat and great synergy with characters that apply shock and fear makes him a great but not too overpowered character in Galaxy of Heroes..
Doctor Aphra

Amazing support with the revive and siphoning effects make Soctor Aphra one of the strongest support heroes in the game..
General Skywalker

With the additional ability in his turns and his massive buffs along 501st allies make him super strong. Needs the allies and team around that but if you have that down, he is incredibly strong and there is enough characters to pick for your team!.
Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker

Great counter to speed-based teams and great leader ability and with his massive Jedi buff for Jedi allies he makes an extremly strong character..
Maul

His self-damage might appear a little off at first, but the way he transforms that into damage makes him a strong and powerful damage dealer that empowers the Mandalorian faction well..
Starkiller

His synergy with Light and Dark Side is already a huge bonus and his increased Force Energy is also really useful - in Arena he has the exclusive debuff which makes him incredibly powerful..
Taron Malicos

Super strong kit with his debuffs and his built-in emergency healing when he falls low that makes him even stronger..
Third Sister
S
The Purge and Hatred is nice, but she really shines with a defense debuff that is undispellable and her healing immunity + every time an Inquisitorious ally goes down, she instnatly defeats an enemy....

Great buffer, that's it. Works great the way he does without having any very complicated kit..

Great synergy with Sith Empire characters and a enemy leader killer in SWGOH and his Fear and Ferocity are really interesting debuffs to work in many teams..

Great stat buffer for Jedis and the advantage ability and can dispell debuffs and buff immunity which makes him a nasty package to deal with in many situations and against many setups.

Good counter to speedbased teams and boosts Jedi allies with Jedi's Will enormously. Just overall a great character in SWGOH if you run a solid Jedi team..

Moff Gideon
A+
Can damage armor permanently and reset the turn order plus speed for allies which makes him a powerful hero if used in the right team and against the right setup. Requires some finesse in using his kit right and he is no plug-and-play hero in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes but he can turn the tides of a battle.

Great synergy with Clone Troopsers and her mechanic that make her gain energy when she takes damage can be used in many great ways so I rank her here in this tier list..
