Survival can negate the damage he recieves and helps her stay alive longer and also make him gain healing based on his ATK (which is a great way to sustain on top of his kit) .

Healing Riposte also very important to make sure she stays up and alive as well .

Winged Rebirth is the best Insignia on Starfaller because she can revives once when she is killed in battle, letting her stay twice as long on the battlefield. Not matter what other insignia you think about, this is the one to run with Starfaller .

Mana Void can be a good complementary insignia but honestly Wigned rebirth just is the better deal here .

Enchantments

Holy Convictionworks best on him for the additional HP and also the healing recieved, espcially to scale his shield higher to mitigate damage for allies

Hyper Strengthis not useful for the ATK buff but for gaining energy quicker which can do a lot for her kit as well
