The Shield Maiden has been in so meta decks in Clash Mini and is an interesting defense and counterattacking hero in Clash Mini that many decks can get a lot of value from – if used the right way. In this guide I will give you some general tips on how to use her right as well as frequently updated meta decks that you can play in Clash Mini with the Shield Maiden as your hero.

The Shield Maiden in Clash Mini

The Shield Maiden taunts incoming attacks, reduces the damage and deals counterattack damage back and is a perfect hero to distract from your minis and take some pressure off and also punishes the attacking units with counterattacks at the same time, so she is a good way to support your carry mini in Clash Mini.

Best Position

There’s only one position that I recommend opening with the Shield Maiden and it’s 1 tile away from the left border – this is perfect as it lets you enough space for your carry and following minis to be placed around her as this is how her kit works best (see in the image below)
