Opening with the Wave Master is not as strict as other heroes in Clash Mini and you can be flexible. Usually you always want him to be the first unit on the field so he can make his effect work best against as many opponent units as possible, with your minis behind him.

Tier S+This deck really performs strong among the current meta with maxing out your Dart Boblin as your first priority in the back to havoc everything while the Wave Master will stun and keep the enemy units busy. The other minis are quite tanky and can be frontline support if you need it but the Dart Goblin will be the tough mini to carry with this deck.
Tier AWith the Royal Ghost and other tanky minis, Wave Master applies enough control effects that you can upgrade your carry minis and take over the lead here.
