Popper Exclusive Weapon
For his passive skill he needs to be the ally with the highest speed, so even maxing out his Exlcusive is not a bad mistake and actually works well. If you’re not in for that investment, Level 2 is the minimum to get the head-start boost. The Level 1 bonus is nice, you will deal damage if he dies but nothing to really go for with any hero – The Turn Meter reduction of Level 3 is also helpful. So, go for Level 2 as minimum but in the long run you want to max out his Esclusive.
Best Gear & Stats for Popper
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
