Nilua Exclusive Weapon
You want to build her also for Attack Speed to apply her self-buff as much as possible and overall her basic attack can also contribute a lot to her damage output overall. Espcially when you get her Exlusive Level 3, which I really recommend, to scale her a lot more at the end.
Best Gear & Stats for Nilua
Those are the main set items where you always equip 2 items per set (or maybe 4) to get the main set bonus. The more complex part are the substats as each gear item and artifact will get random substats that can be great or not.
